Єдине що не сподобалося це після резервації і оплати через booking ще додатково отримуєте e-mail що потрібно оплати туристичний збір у розмірі 4%від суми.Я вважаю якщо уже і брати цей збір то можна одразу його вказувати в ціну і оплачувати одним платежем.

I had no communication with the hosts. None of my emails were answered directly - I would send emails with a question concerning payment and there was no reply. And I used all the possible email addresses I could find: on Booking.com and also the ones on the website of Villa Oliver. A couple days later I would receive a message with instructions about what to do next concerning my stay. I had an impression that I was getting messages generated by a chat bot.
I was asking for the final details -the payment of.the city tax and the key arrangements - prior to my visit and again no reply.
On the day of my journey to Budapest I got the final instructions concerning the city tax. The payment of this tax was the condition to get my key details. I got the message when I was on the train already and it was a challenge to pay the city tax due to a weak internet connection.
I was surprised by the lack of direct communication as I am used to exchanging messages with hosts before a visit to a new place.
On top of that, a breakfast basket was supposed to be delivered to me every day. One day there was no basket and after my email asking about it and no reply I had to call the office and ask for the delivery.
After that, there was no problem with the basket.
I also need to admit that the breakfast basket delivered to me was not what the photo showed on Booking.com.
The lack of direct communication and the issue with the breakfast were the only things that made my stay less than what I expected.
Other than that, it was a pleasant place with a great localization.

Sajnos a parkolas

There's no air conditioning in the bedroom like in the pictures, and in the morning an angry employee came because we were a little late going out

A felső szoba zaja komoly mértékben hallatszik. Az előre megfizetett szállásdíjon felül, a bejutási adatokat további 10 EUR takarítási díj megfizetése fejében kaptam csak meg. A reggeli mennyiségben és minőségben is komolytalan.

We stayed in Apartment No. 2 as a family of four, and unfortunately, we would not recommend these apartments.

The sound insulation was extremely poor. We could hear every noise, especially whenever the main entrance door was opened and when people entered the building. Even the keypad sounds when guests entered the access code were very loud. Because of this, we had to wake up several times during the night. The sound insulation definitely needs significant improvement.

We were also disappointed with the communication. To avoid unnecessary stress and to be able to plan our day properly, information about how to access the apartment should be sent in advance. Instead, we only received the entry instructions at 3:02 PM. Usually, this information is provided much earlier so guests do not have to worry about whether everything is arranged correctly for their accommodation.

Regarding Apartment No. 2 itself, there were several stains on the bed linens in the bedroom. We also noticed a brown, unclean substance on some of the light switches. There were spider webs with spiders in several places, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. Additionally, if a family plans to use the sofa bed, be aware that it is very old and uncomfortable.

We were also very disappointed with the so-called breakfast. We honestly do not understand how this can be advertised as breakfast, especially for a family of four. It consisted of two small juice boxes, two coffee capsules, a cheap pâté spread, four slices of bread, and two croissants. This was clearly insufficient and did not meet even basic expectations.

We were also concerned about security. All apartment keys were left in one place and were accessible to everyone entering the building. This means that anyone could potentially take a key and enter any apartment, which made us feel very unsafe.
