Pros:

Pozicija hotela je sjajna, stoga imate priliku da doživite nezaboravan pogled na boka kotorski zaliv i da doživite čaroban zalazak sunca.Osoblje jako ljubazno, atmosfera prijatna, porodična, sobe uredne, čiste.Doručak taman po mjeri, opet sa prelijepim pogledom na Rose.Čista 10ka za sve.

Cons:

Jedini market u Rosama ne radi nedeljom.

Lovely views, bring cash
Pros:

Amazing views be prepared for a lot of stairs to get down to the sea front. Rooms were nice with aircon and lots of space. Nice swimming pool.

Cons:

We were not allowed to pay for anything by card despite there being a working card machine. The receptionist insisted we get cash out to make any payments and there are no cash machines on site or in the town. The nearest cash point is a taxi ride away and it's hard to get a taxi without any cash. Ended up being inconvenient and stressful. We didn't like the breakfast options but other guests seemed fine with it.

Very beautiful view though the access to the hotel is very difficult, even dangerous, extremely narrow road with not signalled works, big holes .

The room did not look at all as in the picture, very, very expensive. Very disappointed, No quality for what I payed.

No table, no chair, the bed of very poor quality, old and degraded ( see pictures!). The shower overflew with water.

The worst of everything, our friends in the next room had a big rat in the room.
The staff had a slow reacted with indolence.

The best thing was the outer pool.

I would like to to be reimbursed but believe there is no way.

מרקו מנהל המלון היה מקסים חברותי וייעץ בכל מה שביקשנו הנוף מהחדרים היה מקסים

המיטות היו מאד לא נוחות ורק מיטה זוגית, לא היו מיטות נפרדות, אין חוף פרטי כפי שניתן היה להבין מהאתר כמו כן לא מאד ברור 212 מדרגות תלולות לחוף למטה

Pros:

Gyönyörű kilátás volt a szobából és a teraszról is. A reggeli minden igényt kiszolgált. A medence és a környezete nagyon igényesen van megcsinálva. Az egész hotel kifogástalan. Ha arra járunk, biztos, hogy itt szállunk meg ismét.

Cons:

1) steps to the property were a killer especially with large cases.
2) no water in the fridge, no teabags for the kettle, no hairdryer, no iron…it wiuld have been a nice touch, as it was not an easy process.

vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit van het personeel laat zeer te wensen over, geen receptie of informatie
ontbijtbuffet (extra kosten) zeer teleurstellend, koffie moest nog eens extra worden betaald naast het ontbijt. keuze was beperkt (pizza is niet mijn favoriet als ontbijt) en er was zeker geen a la carte ontbijt zoals beschreven. Restaurant is ook nauwelijks van toepassing, er wordt alleen pizza geserveerd.
Het hotel ligt op een helling met trappen, er zijn 46 treden naar het "restaurant", 64 treden naar het zwembad, bijna 200 treden naar het dorpje en het water.
Privacy op de balkons is nihil, van boven, beneden en opzij is er altijd inzicht, doordat ze zo klein zijn.
Bij navraag of muziek aan het ontbijt wat zachter mocht, werd gehonoreerd met nog luidere muziek.
De "eigenaar"is vooral met zijn eigen familie en vrienden bezig, er is zelfs een gedeelte van het terras afgezet hiervoor.
De wifi was slecht. De kamer erg klein. Was wel 200% per nacht

Hidden Gem with Stunning Bay Views - Rose
Pros:

My stay at Agape Hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel's greatest asset is its breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Rose is a truly magical place—peaceful, authentic, and perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with nature and embrace a slow-living lifestyle. The spectacular sunsets and charming views of the Bay of Kotor were the highlights of my stay and are the main reasons I would gladly return.

Cons:

Although reaching the hotel requires climbing 216 steps, the stunning scenery and peaceful atmosphere make you forget the effort almost instantly.

About room, the only downsides were the shower drain, which could definitely be improved, and the Wi-Fi connection, which was weak and unreliable throughout my stay.

Breakfast was decent but rather limited. With a little more variety and attention to detail, it could better reflect the overall quality of the hotel.
