Tem imensas escadas para chegar ao hotel vindo da aldeia. o pequeno almoço não tem as bebidas quentes incluídas e não foi informado, 13€ por pequeno almoço é caro para a oferta. Mas perto não existe nada onde possa tomar pelo que fica inevitável. Há quartos com melhores vistas que outros, o nosso tinha varanda com vista mar mas no piso de baixo pelo que a vista era cortada pelo telhado de zona de apoio ao hotel ficamos um pouco desiludidos

If you’re a well-travelled adult expecting an actual 4-star hotel experience, don’t bother booking this hotel.

The view is beautiful, and that is by far the best thing about the property. But a view is an extra. You cannot base an entire hotel experience or a 4-star rating on a view.

A 4-star category means something. And I’m not talking about luxury or expecting anything extravagant. I mean the bare minimum: a clean room, a comfortable bed, decent pillows, fresh sheets and towels, proper amenities and a basic level of professional service. Agape Hotel simply does not meet that standard.

From the moment you arrive, everything feels strangely improvised. There is no clear hotel entrance, barely any indication that you’ve actually arrived, and the barrier didn’t even openi. We eventually had to ask staff who were sitting outside on the stairs smoking, and they casually pointed us further down the stairs towards reception.

Our room was directly next to the parking area and honestly felt much closer to a cheap motel than a 4-star hotel. Yes, the view was great. The actual room was not.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were extremely cheap and thin and the sheets had visible stains. There wasn’t even a table or a chair in the room. I asked for extra pillows and was told there were none available, while also being told that apparently everyone asks for them. If this is something guests regularly ask for, perhaps it’s time to invest in proper pillows.

The bathroom was okay, but the toiletries were basic store-bought products. Again, perfectly fine for an Airbnb, guesthouse or budget accommodation. Not what you expect from somewhere presenting itself as a 4-star hotel.

And that is really the problem with this place. It’s not that every single thing is terrible. It’s that the overall experience simply does not match the category they are selling.

The whole property feels poorly managed.

Loudy family with kids that seemed to be friends with the owners, or maybe the owners itself. Breakfast did not included coffee, that was a bit strange but otherwise good enough.

210 steep steps from seafront to our room. We weren’t prepared for so many.. though we knew the village was a bit hilly. Expected tea/coffee sachets in room on arrival after long day travelling to make a cuppa. Didn’t expect to pay extra again for coffee when paying extra for continental breakfast anyway.

Отель не соответствует уровню 4*, максимум 1-2*. Номера грязные и обшарпанные. Нам дали номер с не работающим туалетом, грязный, с вещами на балконе от прошлых гостей. Вид вместо оплаченного на море был на здание и сушившиеся вещи. Когда попросили вернуть деньги, тк не хотели заселяться даже в этот отель, нам отказали. Персонал не клиентоориентированный, мы потеряли деньги и сменили отель.

The mattress wasn’t the best.

Wir haben das Hotel im September 2026 besucht, also gegen Ende der Saison, sodass eine gewisse Erschöpfung beim Personal nachvollziehbar ist. Aber das Personal in diesem Hotel war weiter unter dem Standard für Montenegro. Keine freundliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft oder netten Worte am Morgen, ganz im Gegenteil. Teilweise ist das Personal auf den Treppen herumgelungert und hat noch nicht einmal gegrüßt. Es sind viele Stufen in die Stadt hinab, insbesondere wenn man ein Zimmer über dem Pool hat und sind diese teilweise sehr steil, was insbesondere mit Kindern ein Problem sein kann. Auch das Bad entspricht keinem 4-Sterne Hotel. Es fängt beim uralt Duschvorhang an und endet an der scharfen Kante der Dusche, an der wir uns alle gestoßen haben.

Sauberkeit, Qualität roomservice, diverse Defekte an der Infrastruktur, Bett sehr hart.

Could have been a bit more welcoming in design and atmosphere, quite clean style everywhere.
Breakfast is okay...restaurant only serves Pizza (in a really good size though)
