La struttura è nuova e molto bella, buona la pulizia dell’appartamento

Cons:

Le parti comuni dovrebbero essere più pulite, il vialetto per una settimana e’ rimasto pieno di foglie ed erbacce, idem per l’ingresso..

Pros:

- sehr gute Lage
- Wohnung top ausgestattet
- Parkplatz

Cons:

- Kommunikation mit dem Hotel (Auschecken etc) mangelhaft
- Rasenfläche quasi nicht mehr vorhanden, ist verbrannt oder ausgetrocknet ( extra für den Hund so gebucht)
- Tiefgarage sehr eng

Nær stranda og bademuligheter
Kort vei til sentrum og stille nok til å ikke bli forstyrret av høy musikk og fest fra utesteder

Pros:

Location of the appartment was great, very close to the beach and the centre of town. It was clean and lots of room. The undeerground parking was definately a bonus.

Cons:

There was very little communication with the property. Check in was not detailed and to be honest very disappointing. Thankfully we know Arenzano well and had guessed the property was linked with the Grand Hotel. We ended up having to go to the hotel and asking about check in and keys.

Mancavano le prese di corrente per la carica del telefono accanto al letto,ho dovuto sdraiarmi a terra e usare quella della lampada sotto il comodino….. per poter caricare.
nella doccia non c’era portasapone ,nessun appoggio se non a terra, e un solo portasalviette in tutto il bagno,
In generale rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

Amazing location, beautiful property and overall it was a perfect stay. Will come back again :)
Pros:

The property is newly renovated and well kept. I really enjoyed the simplicity of everything which meant that it was easy to use! It’s well maintained too

Cons:

I think the property could use with a bit of improvement on the water pressure in the shower. Sometimes it’s a bit weak. Given the price of the place and how great everything else this was a bit of a surprise.
Additionally, since there’s a washing machine available in the apartment (I booked it for that very reason) - I think it would be nice if there’s some detergent too.
