Pros:

A recepciós személyzet nagyon kedves, udvarias. Az első benyomás ezáltal igazán jó. Tiszta és rendezett szobák.

Cons:

A wellnes részlegről túl jók a honlapon készült fotók...
A félpanziós ellátás... a vacsora mellé nem jár alapvetően egy pohár víz sem. Az ételek nem egy helyen van tálalva, ami elég szervezetlen. Nagyon kevés a választék, panirozott ételen kivul nem lehetett húst választani... Az öregúr a pultnál igen kevély. A felszolgálók viszont nagyon kedvesek, ami kompenzálja.
Valamint a lépcsők mennyisége... érdemes lenne liftet beépíteni , mert csomagokkal nagyon merész a felső szinteket megjárni.
Én a honlap alapján egészen más élményre számítottam.

Lehúzós szálláshely, nem négy csillagos
Pros:

A szoba maga szép volt, kényelmes, tetszett a kis erkély, ahova ki lehetett ülni. A reggeli is finom és bőséges volt.

Cons:

A spórolás érződött mindenről: A vízszűkítő a csapon, a szappan adagolóból alig jött vmi felhígított lötty. Csak reggelivel foglaltuk, de első este ott szerettünk volna vacsorázni á la carte az étteremben. Közölték, hogy a félpanziósok miatt csak egy óra múlva fogjuk megkapni az á la carte ételt, együnk inkább mi is félpanziós vacsorát 8500 Ft/ fő áron. ( Ha félpanzióval rendeltem volna a szobát 6000 Ft/ fő lett volna a vacsora ára). Még vizet sem raktak ki, minden italért külön kellett fizetni. A végén 23000 Ft- ot fizettünk ezért a vacsoráért: 17000 Ft- ot az ételért, 3000 Ft- ot egy sörért és egy kétdecis limonádéért, és 3000 Ft szervizdíjat, amiről nem tájékoztattak előre. Lehúzós mentalitás!
A szobában egyfolytában étel szaga terjengett, ami az étteremből szállt fel.
A második éjszaka még éjfél után is hangoskodás jött az étterem felől. Mikor a férjem lement szólni, kiderült, hogy a tulaj kártyázott a haverjaival, és lekezelően bánt a férjemmel.

Jó ételek, kedves, színvonalas kiszolgálás,de a szoba egyáltalán nem megfelelő.
Pros:

A wellness jó volt, a reggeli/ vacsora is nagyon bőséges és ízletes volt. A kiszolgálás magas színvonalú és nagyon kedvesek voltak az ott dolgozók.

Cons:

Szerintem a legutolsó utáni kis lukat kaptuk, ferde fallal, egy lőrésnyi és egy kis szolgálati teraszra néző ablakkal nulla kilátással és egy igazán pici tévével. A tusoló fülkéből ömlött a víz zuhanyzás során, elárasztva a pirinyó kis fürdőszobát.

Locatie frumoasa.
Pros:

Locatia foarte aproape de Bath Cave. Camera spatioasa, curata si dotata cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie.
Micul dejun si cina tip bufet, cu preparate destul de variate si gustoase.

Cons:

Locatia nu are foarte multe locuri de parcare proprii, am parcat pe marginea drumului, am lasat nr masinii la receptie si am sperat ca nu ne va fi ridicata masina peste noapte.
