We’d absolutely recommend Taormina Infinity Suites to anyone visiting Sicily, and we’d love to come back!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Taormina Infinity Suites! The location is fantastic, perfectly placed to explore everything Taormina has to offer, with stunning views that made every morning feel special. Our room was lovely, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

Cons:

What really made the stay was Francesco. He was fantastic from start to finish, warm, welcoming, and so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and it made us feel genuinely looked after during our trip.

Beautiful apartments in unbeatable location
Pros:

Our second stay here and this time booked for the days leading up to our wedding, we also booked a room for my parents who loved it. We all had a brilliant time and Francesco looked after us and even surprised us with some pastries!
Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, unbeatable location and the pool was really lovely for cooling off.
Small kitchen set up which is very convenient to make some simple meals.
You are a few steps from the main street and Piazza, and yet very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

nothing! Be prepared to do some steps with luggage to reach the apartments. Inside there is a lift.

Absolument formidable
Pros:

La qualité du service, l’emplacement est exceptionnel en plein centre. Proche de tout.
Idéal pour sortir le soir et visiter la journée !
Et surtout un Francesco l’hôte est adorable et très disponible il nous a conseillé sur toute la durée de notre séjour pour absolument tout !

Si vous allez à Taormina ne ratez pas cet établissement !

Excellent location great view from the hot tub
Pros:

Very spacious and clean
Hot tub was a great way to rewind after a long day.
Location was excellent right in the middle of town
Helpful host would use again

Cons:

Small issue with shower flooding but I’m sure this will be rectified for the next guests experience.

Es war traumhaft
Pros:

Traumhaft schön eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Innenstadt von Taormina. Besonders zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter/Gastgeber. Auch der valet- Service zum parken unseres Autos hat super funktioniert. Eine traumhafte Wohnung in einer traumhaften Stadt.

Just had the best time
Pros:

Fantastic location Francesco was incredibly helpful very modern and comfortable

Cons:

I am being very picky here as it really was an excellent place but the downside to the location was that it was susceptible to noise from the main drag as we were directly above it; the shower trap got blocked so water flooded and the aircon was tricky to operate BUT these were minor things

Excellent accommodation, perfect location
Pros:

Stayed for three nights in Taormina the location was perfect. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Francesco was a great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. A bonus having the pool in the city.

Muito boa
Pros:

Desde o momento do check-in, atenção recebida pelo Francesco foi muito boa. Nos orientou a usar o serviço de um valet parking pois o hotel fica em uma área exclusiva para pedestres. Isso facilitou muito a estadia. E não foi grande problema.
O quarto em que eu fiquei era uma suíte muito bem decorado e confortável com uma pequena cozinha que ajudou muito. Hotel está poucos passos da Rua principal da cidade. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Cons:

Acredito que estava acontecendo uma obra de reforma na frente do hotel que fez com que eu acordasse muito cedo pela manhã com barulhos exagerados. E também quando precisei de mais travesseiros para dormir melhor o hotel não disponibilizava.
Importante levar em consideração para os viajantes com muitas malas pois o hotel está em uma área com muitas escadarias e exclusiva para pedestres

Penthouse rocks but the other rooms not worth 9+
Pros:

The service was excellent and helpful, nice tiny pool, the penthouse suite is magnificent! Location - could not be better! Had excellent time despite few notifications from our group.

Cons:

We had booked three apartments for the six of us, penthouse, arco and deluxe. The rate 8 is the avarage for all, penthouse being 9-10 and deluxe (normal "basement" room) 7. Unfortunately there was bad smell downstairs/in the deluxe room that maybe comes from the ground or is regular moist - perhaps something that the staff is not able to do anything about (other than trying to cover it). Little things like more hangers for the clothes etc. Also, and despite the penthouse being superb, I think not worth it 750e/night especially in May...
