Très déçus par notre séjour. Nous avons payé près de 1 000 € pour trois nuits, soit plus de 300 € par nuit, un prix qui ne correspond absolument pas à la qualité de cet établissement.

Dès notre arrivée, la chambre était dans un état d’hygiène inacceptable. Il y avait des taches de sang sur un coussin, et le sol était sale au point que nous avons dû le nettoyer nous-mêmes avant de pouvoir nous installer.

Les serviettes n’ont jamais été remplacées pendant notre séjour. Lorsque nous avons demandé un changement, on nous a répondu qu’il fallait payer 5 € par serviette. C’est une pratique que je trouve inadmissible, surtout à ce niveau de prix.

Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la réception. La seule réponse a été : « On va voir et on vous tiendra au courant. » Nous n’avons reçu aucune solution, aucune excuse et aucun geste commercial.

À plus de 300 € la nuit, on s’attend à un établissement irréprochable. Ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Je partage cet avis afin que les futurs voyageurs sachent à quoi s’attendre avant de réserver.

Tolle kleine Anlage an der Costa Smeralda

Bella piscina e ambiente tranquillo

Cons:

Per essere un resort mancavano servizi. Non c'era il ristorante, ne parco giochi, e altri servizi che offrono i resort.
La colazione terribile, prodotti di bassa qualità.
La pulizia lasciava desiderare... peli di rasatura attaccati alla doccia e sanitari con macchie gialle...
