A reggeli, a wellness részleg kivül belül csodálatos , a szoba gyönyörü

Cons:

Rengeteg szúnyog, pok és pókhálo mindenhol, az ablak felüleletek hónapok ota nem voltak takaritva, az ágymatrac olyan puha, hogy aludni sem lehet rajta, 2 matracos ágy, még romantikázni sem lehet rajta nyugodtan... a teraszunkon volt 1 darab szék hamutállal... az adás a tv n sokszor lefagyott a kép.
A zuhanyzo víze olyan volt mintha nyálkás vizzel zuhanyozna az ember, a lefolyobol érdekes szag jött fel, és ráférne egy felújtás a zuhanyzókra is! Megérkezésünkor egy hatalmas pók várt minket az ágytámla felett! Egy 5 csillagos szállodától messze nem ilyen tényezőkre számitottunk! Egy csalódás volt igy élőben!

Very nice hotel. Excellent facilities.
Positive staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as expected from this type of hotel. Buffet was very limited, there was not coffee machine, every time we wanted more coffee we had to ask the waiter.

Tökéletes!!!
Pros:

Kiemelném a konyhát, az ételek kifogástalanok voltak, illetve a felszolgálók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, közülük is kiemelném Ricsit és Patrikot, akiknek a nagy hajtás ellenére mindenkihez volt egy-két kedves szavuk.

Ár-érték arányban szerintem nem éri meg.
Pros:

A szálláshely gyönyörű, modern és tiszta. Jó elhelyezkedésű, mindenhez közel van.

Cons:

A vasaló égés nyomot hagyott a ruhámon (A vasalóra rá volt égve valami és nem csekkoltam mielőtt vasalni kezdtem volna)
Az éttermi személyzet le sem szedte az előételt, de már hozták a főételt (jól esett volna, ha megkérdezik, hogy ízlett-e, szeretnénk-e szünetet és nem nekünk kell lepakolni az asztalt, mert nincs hely a következő fogásnak, ami már a pincér kezében volt) A főétel után leszedték az asztalt, külön kertünk egy kis szünetet, de ezúttal sem tarthattunk. A reggelinél extra költség volt, hogy sajtkrém helyett avokádóval kértem a croassant.

Overall beautiful hotel and had a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Design is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, the wellness is great and the jacuzzi on our terrace was amazing. Room was very clean and well maintained. Dinner was over the top, best steak I ever had and steak fries was nice and crunchy outside but incredibly fluffy inside.

Cons:

Breakfast was part buffet part Á la carte, and the serving was incredibly slow both mornings we stayed with 2 omelettes taking more than an hour to prepare. While it was tasty but there is room for improvement there with speed of preparation.
