Pros:

Hotel nowoczesny i bardzo czysty. Śniadanie oferuje duży wybór, dzięki czemu każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Pokój był dość mały, a obsługa hotelu niestety nie spełniła moich oczekiwań. Personel, szczególnie Panie na recepcji, sprawiał wrażenie mało uprzejmego i niezbyt chętnego do pomocy.
Parking jest również niewłaściwie oznakowany – można odnieść wrażenie, że wjeżdża się na parking należący do innego hotelu. Informacje przekazane przez jedną z Pań z recepcji dotyczące parkingu były mało precyzyjne, a sposób ich przekazania sprawił, że poczułam się, jakbym była natrętnym gościem i prosiła o coś zupełnie niestosownego.
Na pochwałę zasługuje natomiast Pan z recepcji, który był uprzejmy, pomocny i prezentował zdecydowanie bardziej profesjonalne podejście do gościa. Mam nadzieję, że pozostała część personelu również popracuje nad jakością obsługi klienta, ponieważ w tym zakresie jest jeszcze sporo do poprawy.

Tudo muito limpo e novo.
Ar condicionado perfeito num verão muito quente

Cons:

Para mim foi muito prática estar ao lado da estação do Flixbus, mas fica um pouco longe do centro. Metrô a 5 minutos

Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms were dirty. I use plural because we tried another room after telling the receptionist that our bathroom is dirty. The second room’s bathroom was dirty as well. We asked for cleaning staff. A lady came and with the same towel and no disinfectant spray cleaned the sink the toilet and the shower. In the sink there were remainings of someone shaving, the toilet was with poop points and the shower had also some hair in it.

Also if you get ibis and your room is towards the street, it is a very busy street, so it is pretty noisy.

The receptionist was not rude but he was not pleased also even our requests were valid. We took pictures to show him the bathrooms.
