Great location, wonderful facilities and beautifully clean.
Very poor front desk training and lack of communication from management after being double charged. It's not the front desk staff's fault that they're poorly trained - They seem over worked too, so I can forgive that, but after being double charged I immediately brought it to their attention and got back that the manager would be in touch by email. They still haven't contacted me. What should've been a great stay was ruined by stress about being double charged.

The hotel is brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean! The bed is one of the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in (and we do a lot of traveling). The linens were so soft, I haven't encountered such a high quality of the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets in other 5-star hotels! The staff was accommodating and let us use the spa hours after we checked out so we could arrive fresh at the airport in the evening. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant was superb! It had a wide variety at the buffet and also options to choose from. The coffee was delicious! The location is the best in Budapest, conveniently located near everything in a vibrant square, great for shopping as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful: from the concierge and lobby staff to the cleaning staff and waiters. Definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
The plates at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant should be double-checked by the waiters, as some plates were not clean enough.
We were disappointed by the Alleli restaurant, as it was pricey and the dishes were very small. They also forgot our drink, and we expect better from a michelen restaurant.
Bathroom shower flooded the entire bathroom.

Luxury, amazing location close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Staff are polite, and the breakfast is incredible. And there are special little touches like a nightlight switch by the bed. I got a good rate, I don't think I could afford to stay there at full price - but I would definitely look for deals here if I traveled to Budapest again.
Strangely, the mattress was the most uncomfortable out of the three hotels I stayed at on this trip. The mattress itself was fine, but they had a topper or protector on underneath that was lumpy and bumpy. Very odd for such a good hotel.
