Amazing stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

The hotel's location is superb, really close to metro, tram and bus stations. And there are a lot restaurants, bars, shops in the vicinity. Hungarian National Museum is in the walking distance (like a 3 min walk) as is the St. Stephen's Basilica. I was staying at the hotel with my best friend as we visited Budapest to attend a Metallica show in June of 2026. Our room was great, spacious, clean, with really chic modern design and with air-conditioning. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. All in all, we're really happy to have chosen Hotel Gin for our stay and we hope to repeat the visit again some day.
