It was clean and in a good part of town.
Check in was complicated and the desk attended seemed untrained. The water in the building never got hot, warm at best. The shower head was so corroded water sprayed everywhere but down requiring me to clean it manually. When you arrive you have to book breakfast and if you can’t make the time slot you booked the evening before you must wait or forfeit your time if you choose to go elsewhere. There are better options in town.

El almuerzo en otro edificio, esta cercano a escasos 5minutos a pie, pero con frío no apetece salir fuera y es almuerzo a la carta, no se si lo especificaba, la cama muy grande pero por contra el nórdico es individual y pequeño uno por persona, es decir dos en cada cama.

Stylish hotel in center of Budapest with very good connection via public transports to the major business areas. Rooms large and very stylish as all the hotel.
The quality of the breakfast was remarkable.
The breakfast was provided in another location, few meters away from the buildings where the rooms are located. to be mentioned that the breakfast was provided by a Michel recommended restaurant, which was of course excellent. However, to be noted the there are important time restriction with the breakfast which may not be appropriate if the stay if for pleasure (I was for business and I had the breakfast very early in the morning).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day, and the staff were always so friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy Budapest.
I would definitely stay here again. Whenever I come back to Budapest, this will be my hotel of choice. Highly recommended!
The only small things we didn’t like were the lack of a pleasant scent when entering the room and the completely transparent shower door, which offered less privacy. However, these were minor details and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Great location! Not far from central market. I liked the retractable blinds and blackout curtains and the mood lighting in the room. The hotel has a nice aesthetic.
The fact that breakfast is not at the hotel it’s at their sister hotel but the breakfast is very good! There was an issue with my door lock.
