I arrived in a lot of pain with a pinched nerve in my back- the front of house staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Olivia helped me with arranging a beautiful surprise birthday installation for my son in our room- which had generously been upgraded. Olivia was incredible all throughout the stay in helping with details. Barbara in the restaurant was a wonderful host with amazing local wine knowledge and a lovely welcoming energy. My son LOVED the buffet breakfast. We will securely be back. It is a beautiful hotel staffed with kind and very helpful people.

This was my third stay here, and once again, it reminded me why I keep coming back every year. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re not treated like just another guest, you’re welcomed back like someone they genuinely remember and appreciate.
The entire team deserves recognition. The reception staff is always professional, warm and incredibly attentive. Every interaction feels personal and effortless. The restaurant team consistently delivers outstanding service, and a special thank you to the restaurant manager for creating such a welcoming atmosphere every single day. My sincere appreciation also goes to the hotel management for maintaining such exceptional standards and building a team that truly cares.
There is a reason why W Budapest has been recognized by Forbes Travel Guide as one of the finest properties in the world. Awards can recognize luxury, but they cannot fully capture the feeling this hotel creates. The attention to detail, the genuine hospitality and the consistency of the service make this place truly exceptional.
For me, Budapest has become a tradition, and staying at W Budapest is part of that tradition. Every visit feels just as special as the first one.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Oper das hat schon was.
Im Hotel fand ein Firmen Event statt.
An einem Abend war es gestopft voll. In der Lobby
legte ein DJ auf. War schon sehr laut.
Der Bar und Außenbereich war laut und total überfüllt.
Gedränge wir in einer Disco.
An ein gemütliches Glas Wein war nicht zu denken.

Our room was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly designed. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in, and we loved coming back to the room each day after exploring Budapest.
The property itself is stunning — elegant, unique, and full of character — but what truly made our stay memorable was the team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their kindness made our time in Budapest even more special.

מלון יוצא מן הכלל, שמור ומתוחזק, יפה יפה! גם החדרים וגם השטחים הציבוריים. ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא כמו באילת אבל סהכ בסדר, ספא נפלא. מיקום גם.
שירות ההסעה משדה התעופה מאוד יקר ביחס למונית פרטית מהשדה, בערך פי 3.5 ממחיר מונית! שווה לחשוב על זה ולתת פתרון גם למי שאינו מעוניין בהסעה "יוקרתית ובמחיר זול יותר. זה כייך לנחות ושמחכים לך.
