Comfortable rooms and walking distance to local restaurants and the bay..
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms.

The balcony was very narrow. Not great to sit out on.

Nice, modern and clean hotel - slightly let down by proximity to other hotels
Pros:

Really clean and new hotel with modern amenities, really great pools and a good location in St Julians - close to Valletta, beaches in the north, other towns in Malta etc. Room was also very nice. Most of the staff very friendly - particularly the restaurant staff.

Cons:

Although the room itself was very nice - people staying should be aware that if you are at the back of the hotel you are sandwiched between that and another hotel so your room will basically be dark and windowless. The only view will be of airconditioning vents and other peoples rooms. We were given essentially the worst situated room in the hotel, bottom corner with 0 natural light. This isnt anyones fault, just worth being aware of. Also the reception staff were often quite unfriendly and unhelpful, we had to ask three times for someone to fill the shower gel in our room for example.

BUON HOTEL TRA MOVIDA E SPIAGGE
Pros:

Hotel di recente costruzione in buona posizione a St Julian vicino ma allo stesso tempo lontano dai rumori della movida.
Camera ampia con dotazione completa e buona pulizia giornaliera.
Colazione di buon livello sia dolce che salata in ambiente al 9 piano rilassante e confortevole.
Ottima la piscina al 10 piano per momenti di relax.
Staff attento e cordiale .
Esperienza positiva ad un prezzo corretto.

Cons:

La camera assegnata la piano terra dava sul muro dell'hotel di fianco e sugli impianti di condizionamento...non il massimo.
Tipico degli hotel american style mancavano spazi per riporre vestiti e scarpe.

Strategische gelegen met een goede service.
Pros:

De loctie van het hotel is geweldig. Dichtbij het drukke en levindige gedeelte terwijl het hotel zelf rustig gelegen is. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en elke dag weer fijn om van te genieten.

Cons:

IJsmachine op de hal kan best gehorig zijn.

Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff
Pros:

I love staying in an AC Marriott and it mostly matched my expectations from previous locations, however our first room barely had a window which was not clear at the time of booking, thankfully the hotel was able to move our room the following day which massively improved our experience.
The breakfast was amazing as expected and the wait staff were so friendly and always so helpful and when we had an issue with an evening meal they went out of their way to rectify the issue.
Loved the happy hour and ability to enjoy drinks by the rooftop pool. The pools were clean and never too busy so we were able to enjoy them during our stay.
The hotel was happy to provide fresh milk for our rooms to use with the coffee machine. It is the small things that can make a difference.
As expected the hotel was clean and we had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

After moving rooms, we only experienced an issue with the bed not being as comfy, it was quite lumpy but we didn't want to move rooms again as we were able to sleep but it was a shame the bed wasn't the usual standard and our first room certainly had been more comfortable at night because of the bed.
We also found the water refill stations were not the usual standard and the water tasted off so we had to buy our own water bottles for the duration of our stay.
The only other note was the overall location of the hotel, it was great if you want the small beaches and night life of St Julian's, the hotel was quiet despite being pretty close to the main nightlife which was a massive bonus
It was close to amenities and public transport routes however if we had researched more we may have chosen a different location in Malta closer to the North but this was more our personal preference of what we wanted to do once in Malta.

Despite this minor downside, I would still recommend this accommodation to everyone.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooftop pool was heated, which made it very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy swimming for a long time. Every single member of the staff was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a balcony and that the window overlooked a neighboring building, which made the room quite dark. I’m sure this was mentioned in the booking details, but I must have overlooked it. I would recommend that anyone booking in the future choose a room with a city view instead.

We had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel by Marriott St. Julian’s! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the facilities and the friendly staff. The hotel is modern, well maintained, and in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it. We would happily stay here again! 😊
