De la merde
Pros:

On s’est fait avoir par booking
L hôtel en lui même et pas trop mal mais tout les jour de 6h30 à 20h30 des travaux avec marteau piqueur ect une honte si il avait prévu on aurait pris un autre hôtel on à payer 1000€ pour la semaine pour ce reposer on a pas pu
A éviter merci booking 😡

Le pire c qu’on ne peux pas avoir quelqu’un au téléphone pour trouver une solution booking n’a que l ia pour vous aider et ça n’a marche pas

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Obwohl Grotto sehr frequentiert von Tagestouristen ist, was bei der schönen Lage aber normal erscheint. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und war durch einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Leider keine Aussicht nach draußen, da es kein Fenster in diesem Zimmer gibt. Was für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel und hinnehmbar ist.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Nr. 7) hat kein Fenster, sodass man keine frische Luft vin draußen hereinfallen konnte und man sich wie in einem Bunker fühlt, trotz der schönen Einrichtung. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle, daher sehr laut und der Wind bläst einem direkt ins Gesicht und nach Ankunft musste ich erstmal dusche, da meine Kleidung durch den Bauschutt- und sand beschmutzt wurde. Ich werde mich noch einmal bei Booking.com beschweren, da nichts von alle dem im Angebot erwähnt wurde. Ich erwarte einen Preisnachlass. Bilder und ein Video wurden von mir gemacht. Dass alles machte den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich erträglich.

It will look great once the construction work is finished.
Pros:

The restaurant is a real highlight for this hotel. Really excellent food.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

It is not the fault of the management, but there is a major construction project going on, run by the Government, and the work is noisy, dusty and is impossible to ignore. The workmen are working late and starting early. Once it is finished, I am sure the hotel will benefit from a much improved infrastructure around it. But for now - it's a nightmare.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seaview, welches wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet war.

Cons:

Aktuell ist das ganze Dorf eine Baustelle das trübt das Gesamtbild, da es sehr laut und staubig ist.
Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze, welche oft voll sind.

Die Zimmer sind sehr nett, Meerblick buchen. Das lohnt sich.
Das Essen im Restaurant Aalto ist unglaublich gut. Tolles Personal und schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Zur Zeit eine Baustelle vor Ort das ist recht laut aber sicher bald abgeschlossen.

Séjour extraordinaire dans un endroit paisible et bienveillant

Pros:

The availability and kindness of the staff. They did their best to respond to our request.
The breakfast was good and feeling

Cons:

The room with a view on the road was so disappointed. Construction noises wake us up at 8am. It’s so disappointing to book a hotel next to the sea for the calm and the peace and being wake up so early by disturbances. Better noticing the customer in advance.
The spa was old and not well maintained, we couldn’t use it. Very sad
The breakfast is not a buffet but required to be order individually.
I felt like I paid more than the service that was given. Unfortunately, I won’t advise this hotel.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre paradisiaque !
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel ainsi que la vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, c’était vraiment très paisible et relaxant. La configuration de la chambre et la décoration étaient également très réussies. L’accueil a été particulièrement apprécié : une atmosphère très familiale, chaleureuse et bienveillante.

Il aurait été agréable d’avoir une machine à café dans la chambre.

It’s okay for short stay.

Cons:

No available staff at the reception all the time. Needed to call a number always. We were at room #1 which is at the main entrance next to the reception. The room is good for disabled. We booked standard room, Balcony was in our room description but there was no balcony.
