Не соответствует цене. Не подходит людям с коляской, инвалидностью-просто не подъедите ко входу. Да и с тяжелым чемодано
Pros:

Красивый вид с зоны бассейна на Валетту. Близость к парому. Приятная зона кафе с открытым небом попить кофе. Есть электробатарея в ванной, можно без проблем посушить вещи. Приятно пахнет косметика. Большая кровать. Нам с детками было комфортно. Никаких приветственных напитков. Есть возможность оставить чемодан после выселения.

Cons:

При заезде сотрудник совершенно не помог с чемоданом. Списались заранее и предупредила во сколько приезжаем. Подход к отелю через ступеньки вверх. Ребенок тащил большой чемодан, мужчина с ресепшена стоял на улице и просто смотрел как это происходит. Очень странно. Т.е. сервиса нет совсем в отеле? Номер оочень темный. Без света как ночью, да и свет искусственный тусклый. Прикреплю фото номера утром (10 утра). Обслуживание завтраков крайне медлительное. Ждали яйцо больше 30 минут. Скудный завтрак, но всё свежее, вкусное.
Грязный номер. Подошла к окну, а там песок, все носки потом были грязные. Номер, как в подвале, прямо напротив окна дверь из которой выходят частенько. И проходная улица. Рядом стройка у окна. Неуютно. Нет базовых вещей для номера: ватные палочки, диски, крема для тела и тп.

Kézzel írott üdvözlőkártya, welcome drink, segítőkész személyzet, kényelmes puha ágy, kis forgalom a hotelben és a környéken is, a tetőmedencét és a pezsgőfürdőt rajtunk kívül senki nem használta. Vallettába kishajóval lehet elmenni fejenként 3€-ért, ami a hotel bejáratától kb 50 méterre indul.

Schönes Boutiquehotel in Birgu
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, eher kleineres Hotel an bester Lage an der Waterfront von Birgu. Die Wassertaxis nach Valetta legen nur 1 Gehminute davon entfernt an. Das Interieur des Hotels ist durchgehend geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Das feine Frühstück bestellt man „à la carte“. Pietro ist ein top Gastgeber, er und das gesamte Team sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

A special thank you to Pietro at the reception! He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always ready to help with anything we needed. On the day of our departure, Pietro kindly offered to let us keep our room until later in the day, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. His exceptional service and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Pietro!

Best hotel we have experienced - From start to finish our stay was brilliant. when we arrived for check in we were offered welcome drinks, we were given a early check in which after an early morning of traveling was hugely appreciated. They decorated the room as mentioned it was my 30th birthday. We used the WhatsApp option to communicate for more water, drinks on the roof top. Nothing ever seemed too much on request. They were helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Knew all information for every question regarding places to go, places to eat etc. Amazing air con in the room. Food was made fresh from the menu, wide variety of food and drinks. Would highly recommend to anyone - will definitely be coming back - thank you.

Edificio precioso. Habitación amplia con unas vistas de ensueño. Está situado en pleno centro. Muy cómodo tanto para visitar Birgu como para trasladarte en barco a La Valetta. La piscina es fabulosa con las vistas a la cúpula de San Lorenzo y el mar. El personal tremendamente amable. Un acierto total.

El sistema de desayuno, hubiese preferido un desayuno buffet.

Pros:

L’emplacement idéal. La chambre magnifique et le rooftop avec piscine et jacuzzi. Le personnel très avenants.

Pros:

Location is good, although in Birgu, it is not possible to have bad location. The room size - big, very spacious.big size WC. Good mini bar assortment. Extra service: flowers to the room was fantastic❤️

Cons:

Aroma bottles are everywhere and very strong aroma within the hotel. People with allergies must think twice.
Breakfast is a-la cart, not buffet. Very relaxed staff, takes time to get served. Guests on a morning run should consider.
Cleaning needs to be improved: especially balconies, pool area.
Bed linen and towels - maybe island issue with laundry service.
Mattress on a bed has signs of heavy use.
Strange maintenance approach. All 3 days main entrance door was announced just broken and expecting service.
All that is ok, it can happen, you can live with that
But for the cost of accommodation it is expected more.

We loved our stay at the IBB Hotel Palazzo Bettina Malta and would go back!
Pros:

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. There wasn't a single staff member that we had a problem with and their recommendations were brilliant. The location was fabulous and the view of the Grand Harbor and Valletta were beautiful from the roof top.

Cons:

While breakfast choices and food were lovely, it could be a little slow. It might be an idea to make the self-service table a little more robust to be able to help speed up the breakfast service but it was really a minor complaint for us.
