A complete lack of respect for their guests. A dusty, dirty road right in front of the room doors. Cars are parked in mud and dust. You, Ilesha, reach your room covered in dust. Dust flows through the door into your room. When it rains, it turns into a huge puddle, and you stand in it, and passing cars splash you with mud.

Lovely development with nice communal pool. Apartments are well appointed and the sea view is exceptional. Property is a short distance from Kotor, Tivat and Budva.
Lots of building works nearby. A lot of the furniture in the pool area is in a poor state of repair and needs to be replaced. The road between the Kotor tunnel and the property is absolutely horrendous

לא נקי, שיערות על המצעים ובמקלחת. מזגן לא עבד הכניסו במקום מצנן שפלט מצד אחד אוויר קריר ומהצד השני אוויר חם. אין מקומות לא.בוקר או סופר בקרבת מקום, נדרש לנסוע.

It was cheap and clean. The room had a good view. Smart tv had Netflix.
The wardrobe door was broken. There was a weird smell of some chemicals. The area around the hotel is still under construction, so the road leading to the hotel is quite dusty and it’s not very pretty.
The mattress was too soft.
But the worst part was that the door did not have a lock. So you can’t lock it from the inside. In the morning some members of the staff opened the door to our room 2 times without giving us enough time to react and put some clothes on (because they thought that we had checked out earlier. It really did not feel safe at all.
The only thing to like is a partial view that you might get from certain rooms only.
First of all the road to the hotel is very steep and narrow which might not be the fault of the hotel itself but just the heads up for the people to know what to expect. When we arrived we got the room which was the same level as the pool.
The area around the hotel including parking does not seem very well maintained but we didn't want to judge the book by its cover. However it was exactly the same inside. Big part of the wall above the kitchen cabinets was visibly wet, from some sort of leak. Walls in general were dirty and desperately in need of painting. Sofa was filthy with noticeable stains on it. Bathroom I would say is possibly the biggest issue since it is about safety where you have wall sockets protruding out which is a potential hazard if the water goes inside of the installation. The sheets seemed clean and the bed was decent. There is no option to put a DND to your door so early in the morning we had one of the staff storming in the room luckily we were awake and told them to leave. Location itself is also far from ideal since it seems close to TIV airport according to the maps, however the hotel does not have any sort of shuttle bus etc and the taxi is declining the ride when you try to book and the ones that are accepting the ride they want to charge you 25e for few km just because the location is remote up in the hills.
