WIDERLICH: Anderes Apartment erhalten als gebucht wurde. Apartment verstaubt, verdreckt, fehlende Glühbirne, Nachttisch und Stuhl, überall Klebereste von doppelseitigen Klebeband an Wänden, Möbel zT defekt/ abgeranzt, Flecken auf Stühlen, Sofa, Spiegeln, verkalkte Armaturen, Türgriff zu Balkon lose, Wände überall mit Spuren, Badezimmer auch nicht geputzt und Duschreste von Vorgänger vorhanden, Check-in hat lange gedauert uvm. Problem angesprochen und Personal hat freundlich reagiert. Option 1: Apartment reinigen lassen, oder Option 2: komplette Erstattung, dafür aber keine Bookingrezension hinterlassen. Eine Stunde später WhatsApp Nachricht erhalten, dass wir bitte auschecken sollen, weil Apartment neu vergeben wurde. In der Hauptsaison haben wir also abends neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Il est vrai que les travaux de l'établissement en lui même ne semblent pas très bien finis mais à part ça rien à signaler. Je répète que l'équipe d'accueil fait un travail formidable et est aux petits soins avec ses clients, donc cela rattrape infiniment les petits détails de finitions !

De afwerkingen van het appartement lieten te wensen over. Er zat zelfs nog een barcode sticker op het keukenblad. Gordijn was stuk kleiner dan het raam. Terras rondom zwembad was overal kapot, veel te weinig ligbedden en zonneschermen. Geadverteerd werd met wasmachine.... Die er niet was.. keuken gerei was een bijeengeraapt zooitje.

The place need maintenance. TV was not working, neither the oven. Coffee machine had the wrong capsules and there isn't any jar, to warm up the milk. Only one cup for breakfast, no casseroles for cooking. Handle to go to the balcony was broken. Only one chair on the balcony.
We had to wait over an hour for the room, as they were shortstuffed.
All together it wasn't a bad deal at all, having bought it at a low rate, but don't buy it at full rate.

Pas vraiment de charme. Juste un emplacement qui est sympa

Room cleaning and fresh towels were hit and miss. The apartments are also showing signs or age and in need of essential maintenance.

I had to check in 2 hours after the expected check in time because they had not finished cleaning. When I eventually entered the room, the floor was still wet from mopping. The bed was poorly made with different pillow cases. The pillows themselves seemed very old and worn. Not comfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin, I could hear people in other rooms at night. The property doesn’t have an elevator which means carrying bags manually up and down the stairs. There is no reception area and the only place to sit while waiting to check in is the pool deck. The surroundings are dusty with lots of construction. The property did not feel safe to me as a female traveller because basically anyone off the street can walk up to your room because there’s no entrance area that restricts movement for non-residents and that raises alarm bells for solo travellers. Anyone could be loitering around the property. The couch was extremely dirty and stained. When checking out, the staff took my phone and tried to write their own review using my phone out of fear of receiving a negative review. The whole experience made me uncomfortable.

Piscine pas propre du tout, transats et bain de soleil cassés

Le ménage et la propreté dans sa globalité laisse vraiment à désirer. Tache de sang sur les draps, sol pas propre, moisissure dans la salle de bain, dentifrice des touristes avant nous sur le meubles de salle de bain… vraiment dommage pour le prix payé

Les falta un servio de bar o máquinas expendedoras por si entra apetito a cualquier hora, el wifi nos falló 1 día de los 2 que estuvimos

Bij aankomst waren er enkele zaken die niet aan de verwachtingen voldeden. Er was schimmel aanwezig in de kamer, de slaapsofa was niet opgemaakt voor drie gasten en zowel de tv als de dampkap werkten niet. Het personeel reageerde vriendelijk en probeerde de problemen op te lossen, maar voor de prijs van het verblijf hadden we verwacht dat de kamer bij aankomst volledig in orde zou zijn.
