Pros:

Staff are very accomodating, pleasant, nice and willing to help all the time. Facilities are awesome. Room is very clean and very homey with kitchen stuffs. We celebrate my son's birthday and Su welcome us with sweet note and dessert and wine. Thank your for the lovely experience. Thanks to Su, Emil, Milos, Davor, Valentina, the night reception staff, staffs in Cielo restaurant, the housekeeping team. All of them are very friendly and accomodating. So lovely to meet all of them. Applause! 👏👏👏

Voltaria a ficar lá.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, a vista é fantástica, a piscina é boa, o café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

A academia poderia ter mais opções de aparelhos. O hotel não tem opção de quarto com camas separadas, pelo menos me informaram isso na recepção.

Excelente relación precio calidad
Pros:

Instalaciones increíbles y muy completas, incluso con lavadora en la habitación. Desayuno muy variado y personal muy amable. En la noche el restaurante es muy agradable y con hermosa vista a la bahía si no quieres salir del hotel.

Cons:

Baño muy estrecho, salía el agua de la ducha y mojaba el piso.

Close proximity to Tivat Airport and good views.
Pros:

For the location it was excellent! Near Tivat airport (about 10minutes or less), and Porto Montenegro was also close by.
Staff are great especially Shu, the driver (I forget the name) and Katherine (from the restaurant), lovely and very helpful.
The breakfast from the restaurant was good and especially the pastries! We had dinner there as well and it was sumptuous and you get 10% off as a guest of the hotel. We received complimentary transport from and to the airport which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was very tiny and the drainage poorly done. While showering the water would flow into the 'toilet area' as its one and it was very uncomfortable to use when the floor is wet. Not even the towels would help trap the water. We did report to the housekeeper and the engineer came to look at it but nothing was done to resolve the issue during our stay. Our room must have been below the restaurant or something because it was so noisy with chairs and tables being dragged on the floor at night. As well as the noise of the chicken and the dogs on the adjacent property which distracted us from a peaceful night and quiet mornings.

Perfect location for a short stay near the Tivat international airport.
Pros:

A hugely comfortable unit for a late arrival or early departure from Tivat international airport. The place is an 8 minutes drive to the airport. A quiet location in the hills with outstanding views of Tivat town and an infinity pool and spa facilities. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast spread. Immaculate throughout, the hotel opened 2 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.
