Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Ganz besonders möchte ich S. U. hervorheben. Sie spricht vor allem Deutsch und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit für mich und meinen Neffen da. Sie hat sich geduldig um all unsere Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert und für jedes Problem immer eine Lösung gefunden.

S. U. ist eine ganz besondere, herzliche und empathische Person. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Betreuung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Great Hotel but terrible location and terrible breakfast. Expect to pay extortionate amounts on taxi
Pros:

The staff were very good and the view was scenic. The rooms were clean, the sockets were were located! The kitchenette was well equipped, especially having a microwave. We were able to use it to warm up left overs which was essential as food outlets were extremely far.

Cons:

The location. It was too far from anywhere. And taxi rides are NOT CHEAP. I have paid cheaper prices in London than Montenegro. I ended up spending €350 on taxis in 4 days and I only went to Kotor, Tivat and the Cable Cars.

Breakfast was shockingly disappointing! Overboiled boiled eggs with a black crumbling yolk and soggy chips. I was told it would be €6 more for 2 fried eggs. Other than that it was just pancakes, granola and lots of different dips. It was a shock to see such an abysmal breakfast at such a hotel. We decided to bring an extra portion of food the night before and just warm it up for breakfast. The coffee was rancid too.

The disappointment was amplified because you can't just go to the nearest place for breakfast unless you spend €30-50 depending on traffic.

Opholdet var desværre en blandet oplevelse. Hotellet har et hyggeligt poolområde, en flot udsigt og et venligt personale
Pros:

Behagelige senge, et hyggeligt poolområde med en fin bar og en skøn udsigt.

Drinksene var virkelig gode, og bartenderne var både søde, sjove og imødekommende. De manglede dog isterninger til cocktails, fordi ismaskinen var gået i stykker, men problemet blev løst på højst 30 minutter.

Så alt i alt super godt.

Cons:

Ved ankomsten til hotellet kl. 14.00, som også er det officielle tidspunkt for indtjekning, måtte vi vente omkring 30 minutter, før vores værelse var klar. Da vi endelig kom ind, var gulvet meget vådt og glat, og toiletrulleholderen på badeværelset var desuden i stykker.

Efter en hyggelig eftermiddag ved poolen valgte vi at spise på hotellets restaurant. Priserne ligger i den høje ende, hvilket i sig selv ikke er et problem, hvis kvaliteten af mad og service følger med. Det gjorde den desværre ikke. Maden var middelmådig, og ingen af vores fire hovedretter levede op til forventningerne. Desserterne var heller ikke noget særligt. Det eneste, der virkelig skilte sig positivt ud, var vores tjener, som var fantastisk og leverede en fremragende service.

Morgenmaden var også en skuffelse. Udvalget var begrænset, og når der løb tør for forskellige retter eller produkter, gik der meget lang tid, før de blev fyldt op igen – selv om vi var der allerede fra kl. 8.15.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Toller Ausblick vom Balkon (im 2. OG) und vom Restaurant, schöner Infinity Pool

Cons:

Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein, Straße zum Hotel ist sehr abenteuerlich (nur für gute Autofahrer)

Хороший персонал, поздравили с датой, помогали в процессе нашего проживания.

Cons:

Очень далеко от моря и НЕТ никакого шаттла. Если нет машины, туда никак не добраться, только дорого на такси.
Завтраки скудные.

Vistas impresionantes desde la piscina
Pros:

Es un hotel resort con una piscina y bar con unas vistas impresionantes a la bahía de Tivat. El studio apartamento esta bien con equipación correcta. También dispone de parking que es muy útil en la zona.

Cons:

Necesitas coche para cualquier desplazamiento, tanto para ir a Tivat como al centro de Kotor.
Poca variedad en el desayuno. Opciones adicionales solicitaban un pago añadido.
