Pros:

Lovely hotel, the pool has the best views and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The location, the only downside of the beaut views is it’s a little way out of the main towns if you’re wanting to explore (completely our own fault/ lack of research). Taxis are easy to order but were around 20 euros each way to Kotor and Tivat.

Overall it was enjoyable. I like the proximity to the airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. They had a good assortment of offerings.

Cons:

I didn’t like that guests are only limited to their current power outlets. They should install usb and usbc charging ports all over the hotels for the benefit of international guests.

התחלנו בחוויה לא טובה, אבל אנשי הצוות המדהימים ובמיוחד דיוק וסו, הצליחו להפוך לנו את החוויה למוצלחת

המיקום מצוין, נוח לצאת ממנו לטיולים וקרוב גם לשדה התעופה. הנוף מהמלון מדהים, הבריכה מפנקת. האוכל במסעדה טעים אם כי לא זול..., יש מכונת כביסה בחדר שזה פלוס רציני מבחינתינו.
הצוות ובמיוחד דיוק וסו עשו ככל יכולתם כדי להיענות לבקשות שלנו, ולא הרפו עד שהיינו מרוצים. הזדמנות טובה להודות להם מקרב הלב על איכפתיות ושירותיות מעל המצופה.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר דורשת שיפור. אין מספיק מבחר, וממתינים לעתים זמן לא מבוטל עד שמחדשים את מה שנגמר. יש רמה שונה משמעותית בין סוגי החדרים, אז שווה לבדוק מה בדיוק מזמינים.

היינו בפנטהאוז, היה מאוד מרווח, מטבח מאובזר מזגנים בכל חדר 2 מקלחות ושירותים, מרפסת ענקית עם ג'קוזי ונוף מושלם, טלוויזיה בכל חדר עם אפשרות חיבור לנטלפיקס, אמאזון, דיסני

שירות בעייתי, מים חמים נגמרו אחרי 2 מקלחות ולמקלחות הבאות היינו צריכים לחכות 30 דקות!!! בין כל מקלחת, חניה מוגבלת ביום הראשון חנינו רחוק והיה מאוד מסובך לעלות לחדר ולקבלה עם 4 מזוודות .
האוכל היה מאוד לא מגוון, בריכה יחסית קטנה עם די מעט כיסאות מסביבה בזמן ארוחת בוקר כבר הכל נתפס.

המלון מומלץ ביותר , קרוב לשדה תעופה ונותן מענה לשהייה נעימה ונוחה , בטח ליום הטיסה . הבריכה כייפית והנוף מקסים .

Good location and good facilities
Pros:

Su and Valentina are the heart of this hotel! We had some issues and they were there to help and resolve everything and make our stay pleasant.
Gym was very nice with lots of machines and boxing equipment. We liked also the swimming pool because it wasnt crowded. Location is very good if you have a car - close to Tivat and Kotor

Cons:

The resort is new but it lacks of good maintanance.
Breakfast is everyday the same and there is random offer of hot selection. The hotel needs to work on breakfast and then they can aim for 10 on booking.
