Потрясающий отель! Идеально тем , кто на авто! Виды невероятные! Бассейн панорамный . В честь дня рождения мужа нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера с видом на море и бассейн , принесли десерт и бутылку вина - очень приятно ! Номер чистый , свежий , просторный . До Тивата и до Котора буквально 10-15 мин на машине . Вернулась бы снова !
Завтраки можно было бы дополнить : омлет или яичница , зелень . И в апартаментах на шкафах на кухонном гарнитуре не было ручек - открывать не удобно дверцы . Но это мелочи .

Our stay at Royal Blue was absolutely fantastic, and we were genuinely impressed by every aspect of the hotel. From the excellent facilities to the incredibly friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations.
We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. A special highlight was the restaurant and the pool bar area, where we spent some wonderful moments. The atmosphere was amazing, and everyone was always smiling and doing their best to make sure guests felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had access to a wide range of facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area and took full advantage of everything the hotel had to offer during our stay.
We truly appreciated every moment we spent at Royal Blue. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and if we ever have the opportunity to return, this hotel would definitely be our first choice.

The view is optimal for this region. The fact that you have an elevated location and an infinity pool is enough to compete with several places in Tivat which are more expensive and more noisy.
The staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. I guess the hotel polocy is focussed substantially towards this and I have not felt for years this genuine friendly care. From asking politely about feedback till finding creative solutions to minor of the standard protocols. The location between Tivat and Kotor tunnel is optimal for starting excursion. More central venues will have the issue of traffic jam.
A new location in very rough location. Accessibility is difficult for big cars and of course outside the hotel you will need a car to do something else.
Room architecture (i.e. space design) is rather poor. Bathroom was not properly designed and it is extremely small.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Although a typical basic continental breakfast, it lacked any connection to Montenegro. Most of the offerings are pretty simple and basic (Danish pastries that you can buy from supermarket, no omeletes, no yoghurt varieties.etc). I believe that a major management rethinking of the Cielo restaurant is necessary for breakfast and dinner menu (e.g. local products, better bread options, more savoury variety). Food offering is a basic 2 max 3 star restaurant level. If the hotel manages to tackle this then this becomes a 9+ rating

Modern and clean hotel with beautiful views over the bay. The staff is excellent – very friendly, helpful and genuinely trying to make the stay comfortable. After a difficult start, their effort and service were highly appreciated. With a car, the location works very well and offers easy access to Tivat, Kotor and Budva.
The hotel is located on a hillside and not within walking distance to town, which can be inconvenient without a car. This should be clearer when booking. The pool is available but not heated, which limits its use outside warmer periods.

כשעזבנו מוקדם בבוקר הכינו לנו קופסת אוכל לדרך , חבל שהיא הייתה כאילו זרקו אליה את שאריות הירקות שנשארו מאותו היום בצורה מבולגנת לא מכבדת. היה כדאי למלון לתת סנדוויץ פשוט וזה היה נחמד ומכובד יותר.
