Pros:

C’était top mieux que sur les photos, l’équipe est super la nourriture top en plus la viande est halel on s’est régalé petit dej varié et très bon piscine très propre chambre spacieuse avec une vue magnifique je reviendrai nchallah sans hésiter merci à toute l’équipe vaut mieux louer une voiture pour bien profiter de votre séjour budva de l’hôtel est à 30 min et kotor 15 min le téléphérique à 10 min❤️😊🙏🏻

Pros:

Två fantastiska fina pooler
Vi har två barn på 12 och 13 år så perfekt att bada för dem.
Lugnt skönt och tyst var det. Väldigt avkopplande.

Not worthy it
Pros:

The swimming pools and the view are amazing, but that is it.

Cons:

The cot provided was missing parts and not usable, they just left it half assembled in the bedroom; no apologies, no explanation. The cot was requested beforehand and confirmed by the hotel, but when we arrived they had arranged the sofa bed, not the cot.

They didn't clean the bedroom during our three nights stay, even though we requested it via their modern panel where you could select DND or Clean.

The key for the bedroom didn't work.
There was no shampoo/condicionador.
Poor breakfast. The restaurant didn't have many lunch/dinner options that were listed. And the food was very average.
Poor service. It was very hard to get sparkling water for my husband that was unwell. It took them over an hour and I had to speak to the reception and the restaurant more than twice.
The lights in the bedroom were blinking.
Wifi is not good.
Limited parking spaces.
Even though there is a kitchen, no utensils are provided.

The structure is good and the hotel looks nice, but the management/services are very poor and overall experience was bad. Don't recommend it.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Montenegro Lodge. It is a very good hotel with a beautiful view from the room and very friendly staff.

A special thank you to the receptionist, Janja, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant area, which made our stay even more relaxing.

Our room was extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a lovely time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to other guests.

Tolle Unterkunft aber an der ein oder andern Stelle noch Ausbaufähig
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer haben eine tolle Größe und einen wunderbaren Balkon. Die Poolanlagen sind super und im Restaurant war das Essen Top!

Cons:

Teils war die Anlage und die Zimmer nicht zu 100% sauber, da könnte man durchaus noch dran arbeiten.

Excellent pools and beautiful views to the bay close to Kotor
Pros:

Excellent pools to enjoy vacation. Spacious rooms and balcony. Beautiful view from balcony to Tivat and bay. Enought places for parking close to the hotel. Great location for Kotor, Tivat, Budva visits.

Cons:

The worst thing is coffee for breakfast. You have to boil the water yourself and drink instant coffee  2in1 or 3in1. That does not match the hotel quality. Breakfast are only normal, the best thing is fruits and berries.

Niet ons ding
Pros:

Het zwembad was fijn en het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid. Er is een redelijke gym aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer.

Cons:

Ondanks dat het hotel vrij nieuw oogt waren er veel dingen kapot en vies. Bij het buitenzwembad is een omkleed hokje en toiletruimte aanwezig die super smerig was en niet op slot kon omdat de sloten kapot waren. De hoordeur van onze balkondeur was stuk. En het leek of er in de douchecabine ooit een schuifdeur heeft gezeten, die zat er nu niet en de hele badkamer werd drijfnat als je aan het douchen was.
De wifi was vreselijk slecht, op je hotel kamer amper bereik of hij gooide je er steeds uit.

Fint välskött hotell
Pros:

Underbart fint hotell, med direkt access till pool. Gratis parkering.

Cons:

Viss personal borde lära sig basic engelska så dom förstår lite vad gästen behöver. Tips är att skriva upp reg nr på bilarna som parkerat. Vi var nästan helt inparkerade när vi skulle iväg till flyget.

Clean hotel but you won’t get a receipt. Poor customer service

Hotelli oli hyvin siisti, aamiaisbuffet hyvä.

Cons:

Henkilökunta paikalla oli ystävällistä. Kun yritin jälkikäteen saada kuittia vierailustani, yhteenkään viestiini ei vastattu, puheluissa minulle valehdeltiin, että saisin kuittini ”huomenna, kun paikalla on joku toinen henkilö”, myöhemmässä puhelussa luvattiin ”maanantaina, koska järjestelmää vaihdetaan” jne. Yritin yli kuukauden ajan saada kuitin lukuisin viestein (bookingin kautta ja whatsapp) sekä puheluin. Kun viimeisimmän kerran soitin hotelliin, esittäydyttyäni puhelu katkaistiin eikä puheluihini enää vastattu. Näin huonon asiakaspalvelukokemuksen vuoksi en hotellia voi suositella.

Большая красивая территория. Но очень грязный отель и номер. Убираются плохо.

Очень грязно и неопрятно. Неудобная мебель и ванна. Не отзывчивые. Забывают ответить. Говорят сейчас сделают, но ничего не делают пока не повторишь.

8/10 što je ipak odlično. definitivno bi se vratila opet

Lokacija odlična ko želi mir. Sobe prostrane, pogled predivan. Bazeni jako čisti, ležaljke udobne, dostupni peškiri i suncobrani. Doručak odličan. Osoblje jako ljubazno

Cons:

Naša soba je bila odmah pored recepcije i konstantno je bilo jako bučno. Osoblje hotela je također jako bučno. nijedan nismo uspjeli odmoriti preko dana, tokom velikih vrućina, zbog nesnosne buke.
Jastuci su veliki, jako tvrdi i neudobni. Ponuda hrane u restoranu bi mogla biti daleko raznovrsnija.
