Bad, not as advertised. The pictures make it look nicer than it actually is.

Cons:

Unfair and thrown together place. Not worth the price. The jacuzzi was dirty and not even available to use even though I booked a room for that feature. The hotel didn't respond to me when I asked about it. I hate writing bad reviews but I wouldn't have booked this place if I knew what I know now.

Pros:

Upgraded building with very nice pool and outdoor area, even though it could not be utilized due to other commitments. Large balcony with nice views.

Cons:

Sits on a hilltop and getting in and out was a bit challenging. However, it's a small town and distances are short.

W rezerwacji zaznaczyłem prośbę o fakturę na firmę. Pomimo wielokrotnych prób kontaktu (booking, mail, telefon i zasugerowany WhatsApp podczas rozmowy z recepcją) faktury nie dostałem. Bardzo słabe podejście do klienta

Exlent hotel. The pools are great. The room was big and comfort. They upgrad us. Biger unit with big balcony. The breakfast was very good.

Прекрасный отель с видом на море и собственной парковкой.
Pros:

Персонал очень хороший, и стараются помочь в любой ситуации. У отеля есть собственная парковка что является плюсом. Завтраки довольно неплохие, хоть выбор не такой большой но можно найти что поесть. Номера очень просторные и удобные. Вид потрясающий прямо на аэропорт и горы с морем. Шумоизоляция хорошая только со стороны улицы. Бассейны есть, но мы ими не пользовались. Лифт и ступеньки есть. Wi-Fi очень хороший, розеток достаточно, телевизор работает. Очень удобное расположение. Магазины находится только в городе поэтому самостоятельно пешком добраться не получится, обязательно советую арендовать машину. Также отель разрешил нам заселиться раньше времени за что мы им очень благодарны. То что нам не понравилось это исправимо и на общее впечатление не сильно влияет. Всё как на фотографиях.

Cons:

1) В отеле в комнатах есть кухня но она абсолютно бесполезная. Столовых приборов нет, тарелок нет, посуды нет вообще никакой. Все ящики пустые. Я считаю что это очень легко исправить и это не стоит огромных денег. Можно положить хотя бы два набора столовых приборов и посуды в каждый номер. Если вы купите еду на улице и захотите дома ее разогреть у вас не получится. (В самом отеле тоже нет способа разогреть еду) Микроволновки тоже нет но плита работает. (Небольшой лайфхак: Советую взять с собой алюминиевую фольгу и на ней подогревать еду если понадобится)
2) Двери в коридор без шумоизоляции. Днем очень шумно каждые пару минут кто-то ходит и заходит в свои номера и пока они идут это очень сильно слышно. Если разговаривают то тем более. Поспать скорее всего не получится в дневное время суток.
3) Завтрак можно улучшить. Хотя бы увеличить зону где лежит еда потому что люди просто друг друга толкают когда пытаются взять себе поесть. Очень тесно. Сам завтрак вкусный но позиций немного и их очень быстро разбирают если там что-то вкусное. Персонала тоже очень сильно не хватает на завтраке. Столы просто не успевают убирать за другими людьми и приходится ждать.

Я все равно вернусь в этот отель когда еще прилечу. Пожалуйста исправьте ситуацию с кухней в номерах!

Super miejsce dla rodziny z dziećmi.
Pros:

Piękny hotel ze świetnym widokiem na Tivat, lotnisko, zatokę. Ładnie wykończony. Dobre śniadania. Czysto i wygodnie.

Cons:

Hotel znajduje się na uboczu, trzeba przyjechać samochodem. Cały nasz pobyt nie działał ekspres do kawy (do dyspozycji była kawa rozpuszczalna).
