Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen recht lecker.

Einfach menschlich und fair – Danke!

​Wegen eines kleinen sprachlichen Missverständnisses (für mich ist ein „Doppelzimmer“ ein Appartement mit zwei Zimmern) hat die Schlafsituation mit dem Schlafsessel für unser Kind bei 6 Nächten leider nicht gepasst.

​Das baba's hätte starr auf den Richtlinien bleiben können, hat stattdessen aber absolut fair und kundenorientiert gehandelt: Wir durften die erste Nacht entspannt bleiben, haben hervorragend gefrühstückt und konnten in aller Ruhe auschecken – der Rest wurde uns problemlos erlassen.

​Schon letztes Jahr haben uns die Menschen in Montenegro zutiefst beeindruckt, weshalb wir unbedingt wiederkommen wollten. Genau diese Herzlichkeit und Fairness haben wir hier wieder erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür!
