The front office team made me feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.
On both the first and second day, the manager personally came out to check how I was doing, which was a really special and memorable touch.
The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and very comfortable throughout my stay.
The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring Malta.
The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic, especially the ability to order drinks directly from the pool area.
Overall, the service quality is outstanding and in my opinion deserves an even higher rating than it currently has.

Skvělé umístění hotelu blízko kolonády, restaurací, barů, obchůdků, pláže (byť kamenité), klidné místo.
Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál, bohatá snídaně, večeře - pokud je čistě jen bufet = tak je večeře slabší , pokud je servírovaná večeře s bufetem na předkrm, polévku a sladké = skvělý výběr z více možností u hlavního menu, chutnost a velikost porce. Denní skvělý úklid pokojů vč. výměny ručníků, i když jsme nepožadovali. Možnost parkování zdarma v hotelové garáži. Perfektní bazén na terase vč. dostatečných míst a zastínění. Wifi s dosahem ve všech prostorách. Dobře vybavené fitness.
Moc vysoké polštáře, jeden nižší by se vždy hodil a moc silné deky, už byly teplé noci. Večer v restauraci běžela klima až moc, bylo velmi chladno, vždy bylo zapotřebí mít něco na přehození přes záda. Venku přitom bylo horko až tak, že se rosily zvenku okna. Bylo by fajn ubrat stupně a zvýšit lehce teplotu.
Everything was amazing: room, facilities and staff
The location was excellent; we could easily walk around town or catch a coach, bus, or boat from the nearby station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lovely upper roof, swimming pool area and restaurant view, too.
The food was overpriced and somewhat unenjoyable, although the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

Het is een modern hotel, mooie ruime kamer die smaakvol ingericht is. Voldoende kastruimte. Groot bed dat zalig ligt. Prima dagelijkse cleaning. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Mooi zwembad op de rooftop, niet verwarmd. Voldoende en comfortabele ligzetels, buiten het hoogseizoen althans. Een schitterend ontbijtbuffet voor zijn prijs!! Echt een aanrader. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Gehorig als je pech hebt met luidruchtige (boven)buren. Het is een mooi hotel, maar het ligt wat in een zielige omgeving. St Pauls Bay is een beetje vergane glorie. Iets eten in de bar beneden is niet zo gezellig en boven in het restaurant moet je een menu kiezen. De onthaalbedienden zouden spontaan wat info kunnen geven over wat je kan doen in de buurt, bijvoorbeeld een plannetje. Als je het vraagt, zijn ze wel behulpzaam.

Прекрасный отель. Очень приветливый персонал. Сотрудники на ресепшн готовы помочь с любым вопросом в любое время. Очень хороший ресторан-бар. В целом очень хороший отель во всех смыслах.
Все понравилось. Отрицательных моментов нет. Все было на высшем уровне. Однозначно рекомендую.
