An unforgettable stay with warm hospitality.
Pros:

It was an unforgettable stay. We checked in late and were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who I believe is also the owner. Later at the restaurant, he cooked a delicious dinner himself and even gave us an extra lamb chop 😝

Good place for a one night stay while on the road.
Pros:

It was located where we needed to stop along the road. Good breakfast. We also had supper there and all of us enjoyed our meal.

Cons:

It is a little dated. Rooms are very simple, but that is all we needed was a a place to sleep and eat and prepare for our next day of travel.

Zweckmäßig, diente nur zum Übernachten
Pros:

Es war sauber, das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es lag direkt auf unserem Weg und unweit des Canyon Studlagil

Cons:

Die hinterlegten Bilder sind sehr gut fotografiert und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Mobiliar in den Aufenthaltsräumen ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war ok, Brot war etwas zu wenig kalkuliert

Ons verblijf in Hotel Studlagill
Pros:

Bij aankomst leek het dat wij in een vervallen oud iets gingen binnenkomen. Eens wij binnen waren stelden wij vast dat dit een (volgens ons) oud theater moet geweest zijn dat door de uitbaters werd aangekleed met oude meubels. Niet echt wat wij hier hadden verwacht maar het was wel aangenaam er te vertoeven. De kamer die wij kregen was perfect in orde, voldeed aan alle standaarden die wij hadden verwacht. Het dinner was voor ons ook OK. Ben je hier in de buurt en zoek je een plek om te verblijven, gewoon doen, is iets speciaals.

Cons:

Enkel de voorkant van het bebouw en de plaats van de receptie kwam raar over maar voor de rest OK

Schönes Hotel mit viel Historie und für eine Nacht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Interessantes Gebäude als ehemaliges Internat. Der Speisesaal mit der ehemaligen Bühne war sehr schön. uralte Möbel, die deshalb wieder schön wirken.  abendessen und Frühstück waren okay.

Cons:

Wie in jedem Hotel in Island waren die Vorhänge nicht Lichtdicht so dass es nachts hell im Schlafzimmer war. Schade, dass der ehemalige große Außenpool nicht mehr Funktion ist.

Belle escale confortable, pour 1 nuit.
Pros:

Hôtel aux abords extérieurs austères. Franchissez le pas de la porte, et un accueil chaleureux avec un doux sourire vous accueille. 2 belles salles à manger à la décoration traditionnelle locale. Le dîner servi est simple mais bon.

Cons:

Tout était bien et bon.
