We absolutely loved our stay at PIRA Hotel. The hotel is located in a peaceful countryside setting. It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a modern, eco-friendly style. Our room was spacious, with lots of natural wood, and we had a sun lounger and a hammock on the balcony, which my son really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed here twice during our trip around Slovenia, on our way there and on our way back, and were genuinely delighted to return. I was so glad we had booked it twice!
There’s also a lovely spa area with a large jacuzzi that guests can use at any time.
It was honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We'd happily come back.

A truly unforgettable stay at Pira Boutique Estate. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. The estate is beautiful, warm, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home.

A perfect location to see the caves and Predjama Castle. The hot tub and sauna were ready in our arrival which was on a wet day so perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, beautiful fresh ingredients, and so much variety. To top it off the host was very warm and welcoming.

We wholeheartedly recommend this place; the staff were incredibly kind, and Natalie went above and beyond for us. The spa and the food were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Everything was exceptional about our stay- the room, the spa, the restaurant- We ate at the wonderful breakfast buffet every morning, and dinner a few nights(we love to try out local restaurants too). We were here with our two dogs while one was receiving cancer treatment in Postojna, and the lovely lawn area was perfect for relaxing with them in the afternoons. The owners and staff were so accommodating to us during a difficult time. Originally we had only planned to stay a week, but ended up staying for 3.

This place is beyond amazing. It has only 4 suites and so it feels like your own private oasis. The owners are fantastic and have done a wonderful job restoring the historic buildings while incorporating all the amenities of modern luxury. The food is fine dining quality and not to be missed. It is wonderful having a sauna, spa and outdoor hot tub to come back to after a day of sight seeing. This was the greatest introduction to Slovenia for us and I highly recommend it to any couple traveling through that way.

An extremely comfortable boutique hotel, situated in a small hamlet close to the caves district and within driving distance of the coast.
The buildings have been tastefully renovated to a high spec. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the restaurant area is airy and light-filled. The buffet breakfast was good. There is a very clean and well maintained wellness area and two external hot-tubs were recently added, which was an unexpected and relaxing bonus after a long day sight-seeing.

L'habitació era magnífica i l'hotel també. El lloc ideal per relaxar-se i desconnectar després d'una bona caminada. El personal era amable i atent i tot estava molt net.
