Location was good. Close to bus stops right right off congress square. Also convenient location to Tivoli gardens. Hotel manager Mr. Bharat and front desk representative Ms. Komal both provided excellent customer service!

Cons:

Some of the staff did not present like they work a hotel, or had proper training in the hospitality industry . Perhaps they were annoyed by being asked questions and requests at the front desk or simply do not want/prefer to deal with people like me…

Lovely modern hotel in heart of town
Pros:

Beautiful modern building and worthy of it's 4 stars. Perfectly run, really friendly and efficient staff, and bed was super comfortable. Very quiet and had a great sleep here. Very clean. Location fantastic!

Cons:

The bathroom setup is a little odd and some corners quite sharp in that small awkward area. Also not enough clothes space for hanging and storing.

Uitstekend hotel.
Pros:

In het centrum gelegen hotel. Nieuw, mooi, hygiënisch. Heel uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Vooraf voldoende en goede uitleg gekregen om gebruik te maken van de parkeergarage. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Könnte ein absolutes Top-Hotel sein, wenn noch bei einigen Kleinigkeiten nachgebessert wird.

Neues Hotel mit großen Zimmern in absoluter Toplage.

Cons:

Leider sehr viele unpraktische Details im Zimmer (Dusche lässt sich mit eingeseiften Händen nicht bedienen, Anleitung für die Dusche ist netterweise direkt auf die Fliesen gezeichnet, aber leider exakt falsch, keine brauchbaren Halter für die Badetücher, Tür von Dusche und WC blockieren sich gegenseitig), Frühstücksraum extrem laut (Ausweichen auf die Terrasse geht bei gutem Wetter, man muss ich dann aber alles inkl. Besteckt selbst mit hinaus nehmen), Bar lädt überhaupt nicht zum Aufenthalt ein.
