Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the Hotel. The hotel prohibits smoking. In case of violation of this rule or careless use, we will be forced to charge you a cleaning fee of €300 per night, plus compensation for increased material damage.
You can stay with a dog, ONLY in Superior City View room OR higher room categories, and with a weight limit of 5 kg. Please note that your dog is not allowed to access the restaurant or the bar. I booked (and paid) a room last minute (close to 22 at night) because of an emergency. Booking says it’s pet friendly, and they had one room left, so I booked it and paid. When I entered alone with my dog late at night, they said they couldn’t give me the room because they only accept dogs up to 5KG (so like 1% of dogs?! Do 5KG dogs don’t bark, poop, shed, etc?!) and only in superior expensive rooms, of course.. such a random elitist policy. That information was not available anywhere in their Booking description or policy, only in an email they sent later that due to the late reservation I didn’t not even have time to check, since I went after i recieved the Booking confirmation. So they kicked me out, a single woman, late at night in a dark and arguably sketchy area, alone with my old dog. Thanks for being so accommodating when people need a hotel room that they have already paid.
Excellent location, very friendly staff, great breakfast, and a handy bar.
The rooms have sliding doors to the toilet room, and a motion activated light - extremely unhelpful if more than one of you is in the room and trying not to disturb the other.
Excellent location just a short walk to the river and old town (and a Lidl just underneath!)
Modern & clean but tiny rooms with open plan bathroom. Don’t stay unless you know your room mate well or want to by the end. You might struggle if you are larger than average too because the manoeuvring space in the ‘bathroom’ is pretty small.
Good WiFi
The open plan bathroom was not ideal. Small room. Stayed 3 nights and didn’t hear a word / greeting from any staff apart from briefly at check in. Expensive breakfast (we didn’t have it). No tourist information on the city available.

אבל פספסנו מייל מהמלון ולא ציינו שאנחנו מבקשים חנייה אז כבר לא היה להם. נאלצנו לחפש חנייה בחניון ליד ( קצת פחות נוח ) . שימו לב למייל מהמלון ודאגו לבקש קוד כניסה לחנייה
Cet hôtel récent est une réussite architecturale, avec une conception à la fois élégante et intelligente. Le personnel est compétent et chaleureux, très attentif. Les chambres sont bien conçues, très confortables, avec tous les équipements requis et une literie de qualité. Lumineuses, elles ont un design très réussi. La localisation est particulièrement pratique : un parking souterrain (pratique et bien éclairé, avec des grandes places pour les gabarits des voitures contemporaines) permet d'y venir en voiture et, ensuite, toute la ville est accessible à pied (le triple pont est à 2 minutes, littéralement). Enfin, le petit-déjeuner bénéficie d'un restaurant élégant, spacieux, et d'un buffet de grandes qualité : beaucoup de choix et des changements chaque jour, ce qui est agréable. Le service est là aussi efficace et souriant.
Il manque peut-être une ou deux patères pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Mais c'est vraiment un détail…
l'emplacement était bien au centre ville et a coté du parc Zvezda ou y'a des toxicomans jour et nuit!
Cet établissement 4 étoiles nous a semblé nettement surévalué au regard de la prestation proposée pour une chambre standard, dont le tarif avoisinait 200 euros par nuit pour deux personnes, taxes comprises. Le niveau de standing ne correspondait aucunement à ce prix.
Plusieurs défauts notables ont ponctué notre séjour : la chasse d'eau débordait systématiquement, les murs présentaient des taches et des dégradations à plusieurs endroits, la chambre était dépourvue de fenêtre (uniquement équipée de climatisation), et la salle de bain, particulièrement exiguë, ne disposait d'aucune porte la séparant de la chambre. Le lavabo, tout comme les verres à eau, était en plastique et de dimensions très réduites.
Face à cette absence d'intimité, nous avons sollicité une solution auprès du personnel, qui nous a répondu que toutes les chambres présentaient cette configuration. Après une journée d'attente sans réponse satisfaisante, nous avons dû improviser nous-mêmes une séparation à l'aide d'un drap. Par ailleurs, les rangements pour vêtements se limitaient à quelques cintres, et l'exiguïté de la chambre rendait difficile l'installation de nos sacs à dos.
Lors d'un premier séjour de trois jours, un surclassement nous avait été accordé vers une chambre plus spacieuse avec vue sur le château. Cette chambre, bien que supérieure, restait toutefois sans réel attrait : les persiennes verticales fixes empêchaient de profiter pleinement de la vue malgré la présence d'une baie vitrée intégrale, et la décoration, présentée comme design, s'avérait en réalité répétitive.
De prime abord, l'hôtel peut impressionner par son vaste hall, ses plantes et ses baies vitrées. Un examen plus attentif révèle cependant des matériaux de qualité médiocre et plusieurs malfaçons.
Nous avons renoncé au petit-déjeuner, facturé 18 euros, ce tarif nous paraissant excessif au regard de l'offre.
Muy céntrico
Location was spot on and only a short walk from the bus station. Everything was on the doorstep which was lovely. The room was quiet and we had a nice view. Comfortable and very big bed.
The bed had a stranger's or cleaner's hair in the duvet, which we removed. In terms of design, it was prone to splashing as the door for the shower had water coming out the bottom. Having the bath mat outside was not a lot of help. The open sink was only useable for washing hands and face, and there was no privacy. I feel that it was a bit of a case of style over substance.
