A nice, clean, affordable and comfortable room, but there is room for some improvements.
Pros:

1. The location was great - very centrally located with great access to public transportation.
2. The staff were very friendly and provided services (cleaning, etc).
3. The room was just what I expected from the photo's on the site.

Cons:

1. The place is impossible to find. It is located behind a locked unmarked gate, with no sign from the outside that indicates the hotel's presence. I recommend that a clear sign is placed on the outside gate to help visitors find the place easily.
2. The front door to the apartment is made of oblique glass panels. The sun rises pretty early (there is light at 4AM) filling the entire room with light, making it very difficult to sleep. Please either replace the door or add a curtain to block out the light.

Prima verblijf voor een leuke stedentrip.
Pros:

Nette kamer. Centraal gelegen, veel op loopafstand en metro/tram en bus dichtbij.
Personeel echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Allles goed uitgelegd, als we vragen hadden werd direct persoonlijk of via whatsapp gereageerd.

Cons:

Jammer genoeg moet je voor een ontbijt ergens anders naar toe.
Maar personeel helpt graag en geeft goede tips met locaties waar je een goed ontbijt kunt halen.
Verder jammer dat de prijzen omhoog zijn gegaan ivm allerlei evenementen in de stad.

המקום ממש קרוב לרובע היהודי ולמרכז העיר. קצת הסתבכנו בהתחלה עם כל הקודים שקיבלנו בוואטסאפ ואיך להגיע למלון עצמו. בשער כניסה יש קוד אחד, יש בצד שמאל מעלית, מגיעים ל״לובי״ ויש שם קופסא לבנה עם עוד כספות וקוד ספציפי לקבלת המפתח. שירות לקוחות בוואטסאפ לא נתן שירות מפורט איך להיכנס אבל החדרים נקיים ונוחים מאוד.

הנציגה בכניסה קיבלה אותינו יפה ירדה איתנו לכניסה להראות לנו איך פותחים ואיך נכנסים. חדר יפה. מיקום הכי פצצה!! ממש קרוב לבית חב"ד ולמרכז שם. קרוב לכל החנויות והמסעדות הכשרות
