Super séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec mon partenaire. L'emplacement est idéal nous avons pu tout visiter à pieds, la chambre est spacieuse propre et tous els équipement nécessaires sont inclus. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !!

עוד ברגע הראשון שהגענו לכניסת ה״מלון״ (יותר כמו אכסניה) עברנו דרך שער מתכת עם קודים וסיסמאות שהרגיש כאילו שאנו נמצאים באיזשהו חדר בריחה, לאחר מכן נכנסנו פנימה והשכונה של המלון הייתה נראית מזעזעת, הכל היה עם דירות ישנות, מן שכונה ישנה כזו, גם באיכות וגם בנראות, היה נראה כמו מקום מאוד לא סימפטי, בעיקר בשעות הלילה והחשיכה.
כששאלתי את פקיד הקבלה על הומלסים וכייסים הוא אמר שהם נמצאים אבל לא מזיקים.
המקום ממש לא עלה על הציפיות ובטח שלא על התמונות וההבטחה של בוקינג.
לצערי נאלצנו לעזוב באותו רגע את המקום למרות שהוא כבר שולם מראש וסגרנו מקום אחר.
זה מקום פשוט נוראי, זול ומלוכלך.
נראה כמו חדרים להשכרה לפי שעה ולא כמו מלון ״בוטיק״ כפי שהוא נקרא.
הגענו אני ובן זוגי לחופשה רומנטית ומהנה וחווינו חוויה נוראית ברגע שנכנסנו לשם.
המקום ממש לא מזמין ופשוט נראה נוראי ומכניס לפחד וחרדה.
אני טסה המון בעולם ומטיילת הרבה לפחות פעם בחודשיים ומסקרת את בתי המלון והמקומות שאני מגיע אליהם ובנוסף מבצעת את כל ההזמנות שלי דרך בוקינג ומעולם לא התאכזבתי ככה!
אני לא מאמינה שזה מקום לינה שהזמנתי דרך אתר בוקינג. פשוט נוראי!!!!

We had a great stay and holiday. Again, thanks to Gyozo for making our stay enjoyable.
Pros:

The property was perfect, it had a great location central to everything and was great value for money. It was clean and spacious. The staff were brilliant, Gyozo handled our stay and assisted us with everything we needed and was available if we had any queries. Very good and professional service

Pros:

Wir konnten in den Betten hervorragend schlafen. Die Lage ist der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Ina wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Donau. Wir hatten leider zwei sehr verregnete Tage. Dafür kann aber niemand etwas. Wir haben einfach das Beste daraus gemacht. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ambiente mit Zugang der Boutique über einen urigen Innenhof, netter Empfang durch eine Person namens Gyozo und stimmig eingerichtete Zimmer

Cons:

Die WhatsApp-Kommunikation: Nutzung eines AI-Tools. Dadurch riesige Textflut ohne wirklich viel zu sagen. Tatsächlich auch fehlende/falsche Informationen (falscher Zahlencode, Name der Keybox fehlend). Weiterhin ging in unserem Raum die Klimaanlage nicht, was nicht mit uns besprochen wurde. Der Hausflur war furchtbar heiß (obwohl es Mitte Mai war) und das Zimmer war zu warm, um angenehm schlafen zu können. Für die letzten zwei Tage haben wir ein "Zimmerupgrade" bekommen, aber nicht wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage, sondern weil generell Handwerksarbeiten im Zimmer anstanden. Auch hierüber wurde wir nur nebenbei informiert.

I love the convenience of location here. We also really liked the very modern feel of all the main living/sleeping area as well as the bathroom. The lighting fixtures are very modern and effective. Lots of storage. A good hot water boiler, and coffee and tea mixings for it. We were there in May when we needed the air-conditioning’s on one day and it was effective with new thermostats that were simple to use. This contrary to the experience we had at the fancy hotel we stayed at, that we will mention later in the comments. We also like the very small balcony that allows you to step out. Although it is really small, it gives the feeling of being outside that we liked.

Cons:

I must admit I was a little afraid of the sign-in procedures. We’re right in our upper 60s are not wonderfully techno savvy. But they made it very simple by sending videos of exactly how to use your lockbox to access the key fob that operates the outside gate as well as The keypad to unlock the actual office, and finally another lockbox to get your specific key for the place. So although I’m calling this a negative it really did work out just fine for us.
We were on the Second floor facing Karoli Street, which is a very loud major road. When the windows were open, it is really loud. However, they’re big, heavy wooden windows that, when closed, they shut out most of that noise.
