Nice room, service at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner very slow

Servizio ristorante indolente, lento. Dopo un ordine ci vuole mezz’ora per avere ciò che si ordina
Al check in ti trattengono 300 euro di caparra, al check out te li sbloccano solo dopo aver effettuato un controllo in stanza, cosa che rende il tutto molto lento e poco efficiente

This hotel is officially rated 4 stars, but for me it’s definitely a 5-star experience!!!!! 🥺 From the moment I arrived, the welcome at reception was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made me feel comfortable. One thing I found really cool was that they stay in touch with guests through WhatsApp it’s super convenient and makes everything so much easier☺️☺️

The room was unbelievably comfortable; honestly, it felt like sleeping on a cloud The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and every meal was a pleasure.🥹🥰❤️

The pools are incredible, especially the rooftop pool💜💜. It feels like you’re surrounded by nature, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise there was one of the most beautiful sunrises I can remember 🌅

I genuinely had such a great time at this hotel. The atmosphere is full of good vibes, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back soon! ❤️🙌

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt i jesteśmy zachwyceni całym doświadczeniem. Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem, a atmosfera sprawiła, że czuliśmy się wyjątkowo przez cały czas.

Szczególne słowa uznania należą się obsłudze restauracji oraz baru przy basenie na dachu – profesjonalnej, życzliwej i zawsze uśmiechniętej. Dzięki ich zaangażowaniu nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej komfortowy i przyjemny.

It was an amazing stay and I enjoyed every moment of it.

How the hotel had a bar and a restaurant inside the hotel which was very practical and helped all my needs. The upstairs area was perfect with all the features it had.

Struttura nuova molto ben tenuta e pulita. Molto buoni i ristoranti presenti all’interno dell’albergo.
Vista della baia dalla stanza è spettacolare.
La colazione buona (peccato non previste le marmellate). Il personale molto presente e cordiale.

Il segnale Internet in camera era scadente.
Mancanza di safety box in camera.

A modern, relaxed and luxurious hotel with stunning views
Pros:

A fantastic hotel with stunning views in every direction. A beautiful rooftop pool and bar with magnificent views. Downstairs direct access to the sea. By far the most beautiful indoor hotel pool I’ve ever been to - you won’t know where to go first. Very modern rooms with huge bathrooms and a fantastic view from the balcony. A delicious breakfast with a great selection; same for the restaurant. very tasty, all the staff are very friendly and attentive; a very relaxed atmosphere.
