Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in den Lichtschacht. Bei einer Nacht geht das aber nicht bei 4 Nächten.
Vermutlich war dies das schlechteste Zimmer des Hotels

Camera avea geamurile (si de la camera și de la baie) înspre o curte interioară (dacă se poate spune asa) unde erau instalate toate rezervoarele de apă ale tuturor toaletelor de la toate băile plus toate unitățile exterioare ale tuturor aerelor condiționate iar zgomotul acestora era fff deranjant. Se auzeau încontinuu. Plus vocile tuturor celor care mai erau cazați și erau prin băi. Deci celor care sunt foarte sensibili nu recomand. Cel puțin acele camere.
Micul dejun a fost același în fiecare zi iar dacă mergeam mai târziu se terminau unele produse. Asta ar fi un alt minus.

My friends and I had several issues during our stay.

One of the rooms had a broken air-conditioning unit. We had to push the reception quite a bit to get a replacement room, although we are thankful that they eventually arranged one, as it would have been impossible to sleep otherwise.

The cleaning was quite superficial. It seemed that they mainly changed the sheets and replaced the towels. We found dirt on the floor and sand in the shower, which suggested that these areas had not been properly cleaned. On one occasion, the towels were removed without any replacements being left. Since the reception is only open in the morning, we had to contact the manager and eventually managed to get just one towel.

The limited reception hours are another significant issue. During our stay, we witnessed a couple arriving at the hotel on their first day only to discover that their room had been cancelled. They were unable to reach the contact number listed on Booking.com. Fortunately, we were there and were able to share the receptionist’s number with them, as we already had it from dealing with the air-conditioning issue. She later came to the hotel to assist them, although we do not know how the situation was eventually resolved.

There is no emergency contact number displayed outside the hotel or any clear way to get assistance when the reception is closed, which can be a serious problem if something goes wrong.
