Super clean, newly renovated, tasty breakfast and amazing coffee
The staff were polite and extremely helpful. Nina was especially outstanding, she ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay and even gave us a free dinner on the hotel for a minor cleaning error
The breakfast didn’t include fruits. It would be perfect if it did. And there was no French toast available which was on their menu for all 3 nights we stayed
L’hôtel était très confortable, la chambre était propre et climatisée. Le personnel était très agréable. Le toit de ’hôtel nous offre une magnifique vue sur Tivat et ses alentours, la piscine est un vrai plus!

It's an amazing property. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and kind. It has a great parking space and is walking distance to the beach. The a la carte breakfast that comes included is amazing and the coffee is delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great. No complains.
Good location, quiet and close to the beach. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and I also had lunch and dinner in the restaurant (Mila) which was tasty.
Room had everything I needed for a relaxing time and was clean.
The finishing of the room could be better for a 4-star boutique hotel for this price.
At the pool there were no lounge chairs, but only tables with sofas and chairs. Would have been nicer to have relaxing chairs up there.

В номере мои любимые ароматы от Rituals !! Вкусная еда , завтрак по меню и все очень вкусно! Но ! Больше всего хотела отметить менеджера рецепции прекрасного человека-
Dragica. Она быстро , качественно и очень по человечески решала огромное количество важных вопросов и задач : я не ожидала , что можно быть настолько внимательным человеком и профессионалом своего дела!

The location was convenient for walking into Tivat. Mila restaurant which is downstairs was really nice for dinner, the majority of the staff there were also really nice and helpful.
Nothing like the boutique looking pictures online. Our room felt like a hostel with dirty walls, mouldy blinds in the shower as well as mould on the shower head, dirty furniture, mouldy skirting boards and the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen. After being moved to another room, it seemed the theme continued throughout the hotel along with smelly showers and lack of good air con, which was fixed at 25 degrees. The staff were not interested in resolving any of the issues or providing an adequate resolution.
We stayed to celebrate for my birthday, and the night before my partner went downstairs to grab dinner for us (around 9:30pm) Whilst he was there, the receptionist casually made him aware that we must move back to our old room by 10am the following day, which was my birthday. From there onwards being in the hotel felt extremely awkward.
The pool upstairs is a strange set up with no sun loungers, only tables and chairs. The pool is more of a hot tub than a pool. There is also no option to buy any drinks or food, making it quite a pointless empty space.

Casa Manor is a great place to stay if you visit Tivat and likely all over Montenegro. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very well located, great (even if small) terrace pool, with a great staff and really good restaurant (we had our dinner almost every day there and every time we would go out we would regret to not have stayed at the Hotel restaurant).
The breakfast is Casa Manor Achilles. The breakfast options are pre defined (even if they are several) and not for everyone's taste (example is the cheese or the Granola Bowl with Matcha or that you cannot replace soft boiled eggs by scrambled). Also, you cannot ask for more juice, coffee or simply slice of bread, as it will be an extra charge. The team should also invest in their pool area as there are many table which are always empty and no places to lay down.
La localisation, la clim qui fonctionnait parfaitement, mais efficacité et l’amabilité du personnel ( réception, femme de ménage, serveurs au resto), la piscine sur le toit et le restaurant qui était excellent
