Perfect boutique hotel just outside the Marina
Pros:

Check in was smooth and Sanja on reception was the best, so helpful and friendly with superb English. The room we had was really spacious and the smell throughout the hotel was divine. The rooftop was perfect for a late afternoon drink and dip in the pool.

Cons:

The WIFI was touch and go on the rooftop

Pros:

The restaurant food is very good quality and overall service in the restaurant is very good. Staff friendliness and hospitality is very good and guest oriented.

Cons:

AC in the room was not working the way it is supposed to work so we were a bit unhappy about that, but the manager was dedicated to help and compensate for the situation and did what she could do, so we felt good about it at the end.

Cons:

При уборке не положили воду. Наверху, где расположен бассейн два отдельных туалета, хотя логичнее было бы сделать один туалет и одну душевую, после бассейна хочется освежится. Когда мы выселились из номера и поплавали в бассейне сотрудники любезно разрешили принять душ перед отправлением в аэропорт в комнате для персонала. Но хотелось бы, чтобы была гостевая где-то душевая. В ресторане очень незаметный порог. Я чуть не разбил себе голову. Обычно в таких случаях наклеивают наклейку. Советую очень, прикрепил фотографию из другого отеля

Добър интериор, светли стаи, чисто е. Закуската беше разнообразна.

Cons:

Вратата на терасата не се затваряше плътно. Рано сутрин е много шумно - предполагам, че шума е от камиона за боклук. От климатика на тавана капеше вода на пода. Телевизорът беше нисък клас и нямаше опция да се свърже друго устройство с него.

A lovely small hotel in an excellent location and a great restaurant
Pros:

An excellent small hotel in a great location.

The beach is just across the road, but without reserved sun beds. Two minutes to the right, there is a fantastic coffee shop with delicious matcha and desserts. Five minutes in the other direction, you can find a submarine museum, and another five minutes away is a beautiful marina, which is perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. Even during the hottest part of the day, it is possible to find plenty of shade around the area.

The hotel has its own small free parking area.

The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. We really enjoyed dinner there, the food was very good, although the waiting time was quite long.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Breakfast is not a buffet, everything is ordered from the menu. Unfortunately, the price includes only one dish, and ordering a second one costs extra. We haven't experienced this in other hotels. I don't think it would be unreasonable to let guests order two dishes when there is no buffet, for example a sandwich and some porridge.

Also, some dishes are not available early in the morning. For example, we asked for syrniki at around 8 AM and were told they could only be prepared after 9 or 10 AM.

There was quite a lot of noise from the garbage collection at night. A truck would arrive and empty the bins with a lot of banging. It was clearly audible even on the top floor with the windows closed.

There is no sauna, although there is a small rooftop pool. However, if someone is already using it, it doesn't feel particularly comfortable, as there isn't much space.

היה לנו אירוח פשוט מושלם מהרגע הראשון! הצוות במלון היה נעים, אדיב ושירותי בצורה יוצאת דופן, חיפשתי ספא והפקידה של המלון סידרה לי במלון אחר ( זה היה ממש נחמד מצידה) והחדרים היו חדשים, מרווחים ונקיים במיוחד. בנוסף, מסעדת המלון פשוט מעולה וכל מנה הייתה טעימה, ובאופן כללי יש במקום אווירה נהדרת, רגועה וכיפית. נהנינו מכל רגע, נחזור לכאן בוודאות וממליצים בחום לכולם! והכי חשוב יש חניה בחינם דבר שהוא מאוד מאוד חשוב למי שעם רכב 🇮🇱❤️

Pros:

The staff were polite and extremely helpful. Nina was especially outstanding, she ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay and even gave us a free dinner on the hotel for a minor cleaning error

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t include fruits. It would be perfect if it did. And there was no French toast available which was on their menu for all 3 nights we stayed

Excellente expérience au Casa Manor Boutique Hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel était très confortable, la chambre était propre et climatisée. Le personnel était très agréable. Le toit de ’hôtel nous offre une magnifique vue sur Tivat et ses alentours, la piscine est un vrai plus!

Pros:

It's an amazing property. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and kind. It has a great parking space and is walking distance to the beach. The a la carte breakfast that comes included is amazing and the coffee is delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Я была очень удивлена прекрасным соотношением цена - качество! Прекрасное расположение отеля , все рядом , номер достаточно просторный , все чисто , большой балкон, все удобно. В номере мои любимые ароматы от Rituals !! Вкусная еда , завтрак по меню и все очень вкусно! Но ! Больше всего хотела отметить менеджера рецепции прекрасного человека-
Dragica. Она быстро , качественно и очень по человечески решала огромное количество важных вопросов и задач : я не ожидала , что можно быть настолько внимательным человеком и профессионалом своего дела!
