Good hotel, excellent location, great breakfast
Pros:

Very modern with contemporary style and design

Cons:

Rooms didn’t get cleaned for the time we were there, towels were changed but only on request.
They came in and made up the bed once but didn’t check to see the room required anything.
Had to go to reception to ask them to fill the shower gel in the bathroom and go down twice to get toilet paper.
The checkout process needs to be looked at as there are no facilities for you if you have a late flight.
Check out at 11am and expected to leave, you don’t have access to any of the hotels facilities if you want to stay for a later pick up.

Isn't the luxeryhotel they claim, don't get fooled, find something better.

The location is great.

Cons:

Every morning 6.30 we where wakend with construction noise. The windows have 0 noise insulation so no escape from it. For a self acclaimd luxery hotel thats a big flaw. The breakfast is "a la carte" but only for 1 plate the rest is a small buffet that is everyday the same. When leaving we wheren't even asked how our stay was they only said: you still have to pay 8 euro for the 2 cola's we drank at the pool. When I complained afterwards they only said sorry we will give a 10% discount on your next stay... really???? Like that is going to happen. It's not the luxery hotel they claim so look for something else for the money they ask as there are better options.

Dépaysement total, hôtel pas trop loin ni trop près des sites à visiter … hôtel calme bien isolé

La propreté des chambres et la literie
PDJ excellent

L albergo è carino in una posizione comoda a paceville a un bar molto caro e questo di sicuro non induce a bere

E la terza volta che veniamo in questo hotel ma stavolta essendo Genius di terzo livello abbiamo chiesto un upgrade e non ci hanno nemmeno risposto poi stamane abbiamo chiesto un ora in più per il check out e una ragazza della reception è stata poco gentile mia moglie stava male e ho chiesto un ora in più ma mi è stato detto che era impossibile,rivedrei il cuoco delle colazioni perché la prima volta era eccezionale adesso a perso molto oltretutto pagare 300 euro per due notti e avere la stanza per disabili è stato poco delicato

Séjour parfait du début à la fin !
Le personnel de l’hôtel a été exceptionnel, toujours souriant et attentionné. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Joséphine, qui a été adorable, à l’écoute et de très bon conseil, notamment pour les restaurants et les activités aux alentours.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les équipements sont top : jacuzzi, piscine, tout était très agréable et bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner était également très varié et de qualité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

I would not return
Pros:

We booked a suite for a week and the bedroom was ok, the balcony was tiny and over looked a building site.
The breakfast was nice and Sam the bartender was the best member of staff by far

Cons:

The location is awful right at the bottom on the main party street it’s filthy in the street noisy constant music on other roof tops and building work there’s a view of at least 10 cranes on the roof top bat which is small €9 a pint of beer and closes at 6pm and you are asked to leave straight away.
We had no working fridge in the room which was really annoying we asked everyday but no one assisted

Malta had English plugs apparently but this hotel did not so we had to buy plugs

The constant noise was the worst woken up every single morning which cranes banging
