The lack of facilities, online the pool and jacuzzi look much better the roof top pool is definitely not like pictured and limited amount of sun loungers. The mattress In 601 stunk of piss so bad I had to sleep on top of the quilt and use a towel as a blanket the only mirror is above the sink no full length or dressing mirror. The design of the rooms doesn’t make sense we also booked a ‘sea view’ there was no sea view.

Pros:

La modernité, l’emplacement, la beauté du design et le spa et salle de sport ainsi que la piscine. Malgré les petits points négatif j’ai passé un très bon séjour extrêmement confortable dans la chambre, le lit est excellent ! J’ai seulement été clair et précise afin que les personnes qui réserves soit au courant de tout !

Cons:

Le menu du petit déjeuner était le même pour toute la durée de notre séjour (6jours), l’odeur des salle de bain est mauvaise, le chlore du spa est extrêmement fort et brûle très fort au niveau des yeux et pour respirer c’est irrespirable obligée d’ouvrir la porte et de sortir de temps en temps. Au niveau de la piscine, elle est plus petite que ce qu’elle en a l’air en photo et n’est pas très profonde (1m20), et ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel mais à partir de 10h vous pouvez oublier d’avoir une place au transat. Il n’y en a que 11 et plusieurs personnes viennent avant pour réserver leur place puis partent et plusieurs minutes-heures passent et personne ne revient s’installer. Et je trouve sa vraiment dommage de devoir ce dire qu’on doit exprès se lever tôt ou adopter cette méthode mesquine pour enfin avoir son transat. La bouilloire n’est pas adapté à la prise donc il a fallut se faire un thé avec la machine à café. Les parois de la vitre ne se ferme pas bien donc l’eau coule à l’extérieur et l’eau ne s’écoule pas bien depuis la douche donc on se retrouve avec une petite piscine. Le gel douche n’est pas systématiquement rempli malgré qu’il soit vide dès notre arrivée et au niveau du papier toilette ils en laisse un en chambre ou 2 SI VOUS avez de la chance !

Atendimento excelente. Gostaria de destacar o serviço da Mônica. Extremamente atenciosa e prestativa.
Fizemos algumas solicitacoes durante a estadia. Por exemplo, assim que chegamos o ralo do box do banheiro estava um pouco entupido, foi prontamente resolvido pela equipe.

Cafe da manhã excelente, com variedade.

Cons:

Horário da academia termina as 19h. No verão, alta temporada, seria o caso de estender ate as 21h, posto que as pessoas querem aproveitar o dia fora do hotel

Camera mare și spațioasă, micul dejun foarte bun și diversificat, aveai posibilitatea sa comanzi a la carte un fel de mâncare la.micul dejun ( am.cazarea doar cu mic dejun inclus). Piscina este sus pe terasa foarte curata , personalul amabil . Vom reveni cu siguranță.

I really liked the location. There are some very good restaurants nearby, as well as the nightlife/party area, both within a 10–15 minute walk.
The property is conveniently located somewhere in between the two areas mentioned, which makes it very practical.
The room was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was varied, and I really liked that we also had an à la carte option included in the original price.

Cons:

I would have liked to know that the bathrobes and slippers need to be requested at reception, as they were not provided in the room. Also, there was no coffee available, even though there was a coffee machine in the room.
