My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my vacation.

I paid almost €700 for four nights and expected at least a basic level of service and decent conditions. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately at check-in. I was given my room exactly at 3:00 PM, even though the website indicated that earlier check-in could be possible, and other guests had also mentioned in their reviews that they were able to check in earlier. The receptionist initially told me that I should go for a walk for another hour and come back later. When I returned an hour later, I was told that I had to wait another 30 minutes.

But the worst part started when we finally entered the room.

Imagine arriving for a four-day vacation, wanting to go to the beach as soon as possible and simply enjoy your time — only to walk into a room that is in terrible condition. The walls, ventilation system, and other surfaces were covered in something that looked like oil or grease. There were stains and splashes of some unknown substance everywhere. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell of something burnt, making it very uncomfortable to stay there.

The curtains were torn. The toilet was in terrible condition. The beds and the overall interior made the room feel more like a police station than a hotel room.

I also want to specifically mention the decorative pillows. They were extremely dirty, and I honestly cannot understand how the staff considered it acceptable to leave them on a supposedly clean bed. I will attach photos so that everyone can see the condition of the room for themselves.

Another major issue was the room arrangement. I had clearly indicated in advance that I would be travelling with my mother, and we provided our passports during check-in. Despite this, we were given a room with two beds and a completely transparent shower. Obviously, this is an extremely uncomfortable arrangement for two family members sharing a room.

Abbiamo trovato tutta la biancheria da camera sporca, e in più occasioni, le camere piene di polvere, e la piscina non ne parliamo. La piscina è fuori dall'hotel e quando arrivi ti dicono che è tutto prenotato, quindi niente sdraio e cercano di venderti un UpGrade , follia pura. Credo che a Malta ci sia di meglio.

Pros:

W obiekcie świetne jest zameldowanie- O której godzinie będziesz to o tej możesz się zameldować w recepcji bez problemu. Pokoje są wygłuszone co jest super bo hotel znajduje się na imprezowej ulicy. Dla nas to nie był problem, ale jeśli ktoś wybiera się na „cichy” urlop, niech zorientuje się w jakiej dzielnicy zostaje. Basen na dachu z którego można korzystać jest boski.

Cons:

Jedyny minus który można poprawić to ewentualnie urozmaicić śniadania które są monotonne. Ale przy pobycie na kilka dni to nie problem.

En effet, celle-ci ne se trouve pas directement dans l’hôtel, mais dans un autre bâtiment situé sur le même trottoir, à environ 100 mètres. Ce détail mériterait d’être clairement précisé lors de la réservation.

Mis à part ce point, l’hôtel était vraiment très bien et j’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour.
