Excellent stay with outstanding service and a great location. Highly recommended

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again

وصخ جدا ما اكرر التجربة يسلكون لنا ماعطونا غرفة كويسه كاننا اطفال و تم سرقة جزمة خالتي وانتو بكرامة والارض جدا جدا وصخه والاكواب عليها روج ماتغسل ومغبره مستحيل اكرر التجربة.

The staff was very helpful,professional and friendly
Pros:

All the staff from the ones welcoming us at the entrance to the lobby and the team working at the reception were very very helpful,friendly and professional

Cons:

The rooms are very big and comfortable however the cleanliness was bad. The housekeeping team was unprofessional, we stayed for 5 nights; one time they cleaned without putting towels, the other time they cleaned without putting tissues. They just tidy up the room without mopping the floor. However when we complained to the reception about this issue they apologized and made sure the room was cleaned up well. But I truly believe that the housekeeping team should be more professional and clean in such a 5 star hotel
