Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request.
The location is perfect, with direct access to Galleria Mall.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman, whether for business or leisure. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

comfy & clean with great location .
Pros:

hotel stuff are very helpful & friendly. Hotel always smells good & clean . Location is very good that you can walk & buy whatever you need without using transportation .

Cons:

Noise isolation. sometimes you can hear the neighbor room voice . Also, mall voice can sometimes be heard . other than that all was very good .

Quiet stay in the heart of a bustling city!
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to work. It was also centrally located among lots of shopping and food options. I liked that it was very quiet and clean as well.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that taxi drivers are not allowed to park for long in front of the hotel. I also felt rushed whenever I was getting out of a taxi. I had to quickly get out so that the security person would not take issue with that. I understand that the location of the hotel does not allow much for waiting to pick up and drop off clients, but the feeling of having to rush to and from a waiting taxi was a bit annoying.
