Beautiful property, comfortable rooms and GREAT location.
Only issue was the AC was too efficient. Even when we increased the temperature the room stayed too cold. Other than that, the property was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The staff was incredibly helpful for all our needs - Kimberly, Aybar and Andy to name a few. I am forgetting some names but the staff really shines!

There are so many things that I liked, that it’s hard to zero in on one thing. Hotel San Felipe is a very comfortable, well run hotel located in the picturesque Casco Antiguo of Panama City. It has a wonderful location just steps from the main square and cathedral, as well as other historic churches. There are so many lovely restaurants and cafes lining the streets of this area that it’s hard to select which one to go to.
Breakfast is good and is made to order. They prepared an early take-away breakfast for me when I had an early morning tour. The staff is polite and helpful. A grocery store is right next door, which is convenient. The rooftop bar, in the evening, has lovely views of the city and a fun atmosphere with music when I went. They have comfortable bathrobes and the rooms are cleaned daily. I loved this hotel and want to return.

our room was directly under the rooftop bar so a bit of noise as furniture moved around
