Lugar céntrico y con gente muy amable.
Pros:

La calidad humana del personal, muy amables y atentos. La comida del restaurante para las cenas deliciosa y buen precio. El desayuno que esta incluido en el precio rico también. El lugar es céntrico y muy cerca al casco antiguo, cinta costera, mal, metrol y canal de Panama. Excelente lugar. 👌

Cons:

Que solo dejaron las pastillas de café el primer día y no volvieron a dejar en la habitación los otros dos días. En una de las habitaciones nos apareció una cucaracha. Si bien el aseo fue muy bueno todos los días y lo resaltamos, corrimos con la incomodidad del bicho.

Mixed Experience but with Strong Highlights
Pros:

On the positive side, I really enjoyed the beautiful view from my room and the pool, which were the highlight of my stay. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, especially in terms of facilities and amenities, the excellent staff, cleanliness, and room view helped balance the experience.

Cons:

On the downside, I was not particularly comfortable with the surrounding area where the hotel is located. In addition, there were a few maintenance issues in the room, including the toilet water continuing to run after flushing and not stopping properly. The wifi wasn't working probably in the room. The breakfast selection was quite limited with not many choices, although the food that was available did taste good. The pool also closed quite early and is not heated, which made it uncomfortable to use in the evening as the water was quite cold.

Yo había reservado en booking pero pagué en efectivo el detalle es que no me dieron un comprobante de pago y luego salía que estaba confirmada la reserva y ya yo había pagado en efectivo me salía como si tenía una reserva pendiente.
