Olor muy fuerte a humedad en todo el hotel, la piscina no se parece en nada a las fotos presentadas, es muy fea y sucia
El personal amable y con buena actitud
Toda la tarde de mi segundo día de estancia, no contaban con internet en las habitaciones, solo tenía internet en la recepción. La piscina estaba descuidada. La zona donde está el hotel nos indicaron que es peligroso por delincuencia

Camas muy cómodas, 0 ruidos, aire acondicionado agradable, la ubicación muy buena
Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación ya que en la que estaba, olía a humedad y mucho polvo. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la piscina.

Las fotos no son reales, el hotel está en mal estado, el agua caliente no funciona, el personal tarda en responder solicitudes y la ubicación es pésima.

Que me me isieron la entra tarde por la culpa de ello mismo ,y después a la hora de salida tenía que ser puntual no me pareció justo
Después el desayuno fui a la 9 y ya casi no abia nada
When we got to the rooms assigned to us, other hotel guests were already assigned to the rooms. After returning to the reception area and were given other rooms, we realised that these rooms had no WiFi, there were not clean and there was mold in the bathroom. We complained and they sent us to a sister hotel for one night and said we will get remodeled rooms on our return.
The 'remodeled' rooms were still not clean and the bathroom had a bad odour.
The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned.
The breakfast selection was very limited and that room also required cleaning and there was some mold in there as well.
Overall, you get what you pay for - cheap price for somewhere to lay your head at night.
Que el lugar está céntrico y la buena atención en el Chek-in que recibí de Amir Rodriguez, 1000/10 como colaborador del hotel.
La piscina porque estaba sucia, la imagen de referencia es engañosa, por otro lado el inodoro de la habitación no jalaba bien la cadena, tuve que llenar el potesito de la basura para que el agua pudiera bajar. A mejorar en varios aspectos.
I liked the fact that a supermarket was a stones through across the street from the hotel. Location close proximity to Albrook Mall which is a plus.
I didn't like the fact that a smell was coming through the sink in the bathroom and the windows were dirty, which hindered the view. On check-in night I was given a key to somebody else's room. I was both shocked and disturbed at the same time.
