Am Aufenthalt im Hotel hat mir nichts gefallen. Aber die Insel Djerba ist aufjedenfall einen Urlaub wert

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Diese Unterkunft entspricht keinesfalls dem beworbenen 4-Sterne-Standard. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren die Zimmer nicht fertig, anschließend bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, wo ein rieden Busch davor stand und man das Meer nicht sah.bwohl dieser gebucht war. Das Zimmer war voller Ameisen, feucht, roch stark nach Schimmel und war nicht sauber. Eingangsbereich nicht Klimatisiert, dementsprechend ätzend ist dort die Wartezeit.

Auch die All-inclusive-Leistungen waren eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war häufig nicht frisch, wenig abwechslungsreich und wiederholte sich täglich. Besonders enttäuschend: Wasserflaschen gab es als All-inclusive-Leistung nur ab 21 Uhr und lediglich eine Flasche pro Zimmer – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie völlig unverständlich. Getränke wie Cola Zero waren entweder warm im Glas erhältlich oder nur gegen Aufpreis (5 Dinar pro Dose) verfügbar. Aber Alkohol wurde immer kalt serviert und auf die Gäste die keinen trinken wurde nicht eingegangen. Cocktails sind mit Wasser und Sirup gemischt. Dies macht kein cocktail aus. Von der Animation gar nicht zu reden. Die sind nur mit sich selbst beschäftigt und animieren gern die Leute die Leute die Alkohol trinken.

Auch Sauberkeit, Service, Strand, Poolbereich und Animation entsprachen nicht den Erwartungen. Die Bilder auf der Buchungsseite vermitteln leider ein deutlich besseres Bild als die Realität.
Zum Thema Service, haben wir das Barpersonal erwischt wie sie über die Gäste schlecht reden.

Insgesamt keine Empfehlung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht und die Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Um alles aufzuschreiben reicht der Platz nicht.

La localisation pres de midoun et en bord de mer

Cons:

Coupure d electricite journaliere de 6 a 7h de duree donc pas de clim,de lumiere, de frigo, de television( qui est d ailleurs que en polonais ou allemend ou arabe ou italien),d eau chaude,de machine a cafe ou a boisson , de sono,.......nourriture pas digne d un restaurant ou d un buffet, c etait du pure bricolage et de reutilisation permanente des restes, 7 salieres dans tout le complexe et jamais nettoyer ou rempli...
Eau de la piscine a la meme temperature que le corps( pas rafraichissant du tout),
Plage privee mais sable et coin de mer pas nettoye( algues et herbes marines sur tout le perimetre).............

Un endroit familial au top, surtout avec les enfants !

L'équipe de l'hôtel est super sympa, les repas sont au top et tu as le choix, et l'accès direct à la plage, c'est génial.

Cons:

La coupure d'électricité, mais ça dure pas plus de 3h, donc ça va.
