Un endroit familial au top, surtout avec les enfants !
Pros:

L'équipe de l'hôtel est super sympa, les repas sont au top et tu as le choix, et l'accès direct à la plage, c'est génial.

Cons:

La coupure d'électricité, mais ça dure pas plus de 3h, donc ça va.

supposed to be a 4 star hotel and it was disappointing, far away from the standard we expected

The swimming pools were good, large outdoor and indoor pool. Very good animation staff.
Food was ok, Tunisian cuisine was good.

The hotel is situated right next to the beach.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was poor, bathroom smelt of sewage. Whilst they cleaned the floor it was with a dirty mop, spreading the dirt. No ventilation in bathroom.
No working air conditioner in the room, throughout hotel air conditioning and as very limited. We were told this is to save money.
No WiFi in room and many areas of hotel, only available in reception and bar area.
Alcohol is not drinkable, not sure what they had in bottles, no ice and limited drinks in the pool area.

Très déçue de mon séjour. Honnêtement, le rapport qualité-prix est loin d’être à la hauteur. J’ai payé très cher et je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux.

La nourriture était très décevante, avec très peu de choix et une qualité qui laissait à désirer. L’hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes : plusieurs aspects étaient négligés et l’expérience globale n’a pas été agréable.

Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet établissement. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais à un service et à une qualité bien supérieurs. Ce séjour a été une grande déception.
