Ein Ort für die Seele😘
Pros:

Unbeschreiblich- man muss es erlebt haben.
Das freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit, das tolle Frühstück. Das Hammam. Diese Ruhe !Wir haben unsere Villa nur sehr ungern wieder verlassen und kommen sicher wieder.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.Bitte alles so beibehalten, wie wir es erlebt haben.

Magnifique expérience. Personnel aux petits soins pour vous. Amabilité, disponibilité concernant chacun des membres du personnel que nous avons côtoyés durant notre séjour. Propreté de la villa, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, soucis du détail apporté chaque jour dans notre villa (roses, pétales de roses sur le lit, chaussons et lit préparés avec goût et délicatesse)
Espace wellness superbe, nous avons pu profiter d’un merveilleux massage relaxant (et salon de coiffure pour moi), infrastructures magnifiques (hammam, salle de sport avec du matériel haut de gamme, piscine intérieure chauffée…).
Petit-déjeuner copieux, varié et délicieux… servis chaleureusement par le personnel du Residence Douz, qui ont le souci du détail concernant le service, quel professionnalisme… Bravo à toute l’équipe !
Piscine: top, spacieuse…
Nous avions réservé un private dinner. Tout était au-delà de nos attentes… ambiance berbère sur le rooftop. Service impeccable !

Cons:

Seul petit point négatif: les transats qui ne sont pas modifiables et donc moins confortables

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het hotel was ontzettend schoon en hygiënisch en overal hing een heerlijke, frisse geur. Dat gaf meteen een verzorgde en luxe indruk.
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en betrokken, maar tegelijkertijd heel professioneel. Ze waren attent en behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn en gaven je alle ruimte en rust om van je verblijf te genieten.
Ik verbleef hier twee nachten en had graag langer willen blijven, maar ik moest helaas weer terug. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug.

Cons:

De kamers waren erg mooi, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. We waren daar erg tevreden over. Wel vonden we dat de bedden en vooral de kussens wat tegenvielen. In verhouding tot de rest van de accommodatie hadden we daar meer comfort van verwacht.

The tranquility and peacefulness of this location are truly exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for all guests. My only regret is that the two days spent here were insufficient; a minimum stay of three days is highly recommended. The spa and indoor pool facilities are undoubtedly a hidden treasure. This destination is an absolute must-visit for anyone traveling to Tunisia.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the desert with great design and stunning standalone rooms. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The team was highly accommodating; they served breakfast 30 minutes early to fit our early departure schedule. I was also very impressed by the prompt golf cart pick-up service. Unfortunately, high winds prevented us from having the planned desert dinner, but I imagine it would have been a wonderful experience.

Cons:

The staff needs better language training, as their English and French were quite basic. Our dinner experience was compromised by a large corporate event that occupied the main dining room. We were seated in a smaller room where the service was slow and flawed, although the food was good. Additionally, the lights in the reception area were flickering, and the receptionist struggled to understand me when I reported the issue. In summary, it is a beautiful hotel with great potential, but the service needs refinement. PS: The pool area in the spa was very slippery and quite dangerous.

C’est simple, j’ai tout aimé!!! l’hôtel était parfait. Le personnel était parfait, la gentillesse et l’amabilité était au rendez-vous..
je recommence cette hôtel si vous avez envie de passer un excellent moment dans la détente et le luxe.. le petit déjeuner juste extraordinaire! Contrairement à certains messages dans les avis je m’attendais à quelque chose de négatif, il y a beaucoup de choix en sucré et en salé. le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon également, les plats traditionnels étaient excellent.. je suis quelqu’un qui voyage beaucoup et c’est rare de trouver un cadre et un service impeccable.

El hotel es espectacular, moderno y muy nuevo, la villa era grande, es baño super espacioso y muy bien equipado. La atención del personal es excelente, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno y variado, y el restaurante en la cena estuvo genial.

Beautiful oasis in Douz with luxury feel.
Pros:

Beautiful location and buildings. Room at very luxury level. Pool amazing and nice to have shade in the pool. Amazing breakfast. Staff very helpful even if sometimes it feels like a bit too much attention.

Cons:

Strange to take golf carts around, but perhaps makes sense when it’s really hot. Not clear how much dinner costs and I didn’t want to risk finding out when it was too late. We were told we had hammam for one hour only to find out that actually it was only for 20 mins. Not enough info provided except several times being told the number to call if you need help but you’re not always in your room and able to call. Cocktail at the pool was quite terrible and very expensive, i wish we were told about the priced beforehand. Not being fully informed takes away from the relaxing experience.
