Paradise in desert
Pros:

We stayed at Residence Douz for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and welcoming, with excellent food and truly outstanding service. The whole team was incredibly friendly and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.

A special highlight was the spa. I had an amazing massage – honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! A huge thank you to my massage therapist, Nourhene, who was extremely attentive, professional and skilled. She made the experience truly special.

I would also like to personally thank the service manager, Khalifa, and our waiter, Ali, for their kindness, attentiveness and excellent service.

Thank you to the entire Residence Douz team for making our four days so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel!

Posizione in mezzo al deserto bellissimo posto e personale nella reception gentile e camera molto bella e spaziosa rapporto qualita prezzo ottima

Cons:

La piscina non era pulitissima pur essendo vuoto l hotel ma capisco che nn avere sabbia dentro in mezzo al deserto sia difficile richiede molta manutenzione continua, il personale del ristorante era quasi scocciato che ci trattenevamo piu del dovuto restava sempre a guardare per metterci fretta e chiedeva di continuo se potevano sbarazzare una cosa un po fastidiosa essendo vuoto il ristorante e noi gli unici clienti volevano farci finire veloce per poter stare tranquilli evidentemente , anche il ristorante nulla di che per i prezzi che aveva , stessi piatti presentati in diversa maniera

Top ervaring aan de rand de Sahara
Pros:

Komend vanuit Tozeur werden we na een taxirit van 2 uur afgezet bij het hotel. We werden met een welkomsdrankje ontvangen. Check in ging snel en daarna met een buggy naar de kamer (villa) gebracht. De kamer is ruim en mooi ingericht. Comfortabele en ook ruime badkamer. In de ochtend een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt met omelet naar keuze. Personeel is behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Groot zwembad in prachtig aangelegde tuin, waar je overdag kan afkoelen, Dat was nodig bij temperaturen boven de 40 gr.C.. De middagborrel bij Ali aan de bar. Hele enthousiaste man die het vak verstaat, altijd vriendelijk en goede humor, top! In de avond naar het restaurant met Tunesisch en Franse keuken waar ze ook een mooie wijnkaart hebben. Kortom, het is goed uit te houden bij Residence Douz aan de rand van de Sahara. Ali en de rest van team Residence, bedankt.

la posizione è comodissima per le escursioni nel deserto, e la struttura si è rivelata un plus anche con le temperature proibitive di agosto. Tutto perfetto, a partire dalla colazione. Assolutamente da consigliare!

J'ai tout adoré lors de mon séjour en famille.
Nous avons louer deux villas une pour mon marinet moi et une pour les enfants avec mamie. L'hôtel et le personnel sont vraiment aux petits soins propre attentionné. Très très bon séjour et des souvenirs pleins la tête.
Et merci pour la petite attention pour l'anniversaire surprise de mon mari dans la chambre ❤️🥰

Le camere sono grandi e ben fornite, con frigo bar gratuito. Spa molto bella. Gli ambienti della piscina e del ristorante sono eleganti e ben curati. Buona colazione.
