Decent stay, did not meet my expectations BUT it's not horrible.
Pros:

Water boats right off the water

Good food at restaurants

Cons:

Listing is a bit misleading shows beachfront however property's off water bay not beach

Hotel outdated, super tiny bathroom & shower with stained shower floors

Housekeeping comes at 9am

Staff average, not the usual perky warm welcome feeling you get when walking into a more luxurious hotel

No room lighting - full body mirror nearly useless unless day time & curtains open (Girls need mirrors :-)

Ok stay, inside staff was great, the outside attendants could have been more helpful and available.
Pros:

The room attendants/maids and staff were amazing and made sure we had almost everything we needed. One maid went above and beyond when cleaning the room each day. The desk attendants were great with extending our check out time or answering questions and always greeted with a smile.

Cons:

There was a roach in the room that we noticed for the final two nights. Nothing additional was done by the staff to handle this situation. The room seemed clean but the presence of a roach did not allow us to sleep comfortably or feel reassured that our belongings were safe from infestation. The facilities could have used more prep with more hammocks available. The outdoor staff could have been more helpful and available (i.e. assisting with luggage, greeting, or offering recommendations).

Hospitality or niceties could be improved. I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing in PR. Most (not all) staff don't say good morning or evening, or greet guests with a smile, or even ask if you need help with luggage when you arrive. This is especially true for the front door staff. Why cluster around in front lookinh at you phones? Feels like some extra training is

Friendly people nice rooms and pool

Cons:

That all the connecting rooms had gaps at bottom of doors and you can hear everything the other person doing in the other rooms and if there light is on it will shine right in your room
