I came to be in PR so a time was had but the hotel could’ve been a little better.
Pros:

I like the outside deck area. The room was ok but the hallway smells bad. Smell like you’re on a ship rather then on land.

Cons:

You guys have to do something about that smell in the hallway. And update the place a little bit. It looks ran down.

Pros:

The location was central and had local eatery and shops at walking distance. The balcony and view of the bay was gorgeous. The bed and sofa were comfortable as well and the shower was nice and hot.

Cons:

Tons of scooters and runners, and the traffic doesn’t slow down for pedestrians. the time I went, the sidewalks were being worked on so made it a not so comfy walk

Cons:

There did not appear to be a manager that was taking ownership of the customer experience and pulling it all together, to create a higher level of satisfaction, as with the hotel I am staying at now.
