Pros:

El servicio de desayuno incluido excelente. Cuando la mesera se percató q dejé el café me sugirió uno del área de cocina más fuerte y el cargos eran justo. La comida en Azahar, riquísima. Igual de atentos los meseros. Con sugerencias formidables.

Cons:

Cumplió mi expectativa, ya que para mi esposo que busca tranquilidad y es más pasivo, estuvo genial. Yo compensé con el área de Condado.

pleasant enough, but I would have expected more from a "Hilton"

very friendly staff, nice big room with balcony, great view

Cons:

so called high speed was slower than a snail. very poor selection for breakfast, no vegetables or salad at all, only a small bowl of fruit.

Pros:

Great omelet for breakfast. Friendly staff. Location of the hotel. Good food in their restaurant.

Cons:

Pillows are super soft and doesn't have support. The pool and shower in our room need good cleaning. There was a dead cockroach in our room.

Sobre todo en el área del balcón de nuestra habitación se miraba basura que cayó
De los pisos de arriba.

Comfy, quiet, good space, amazing terrace.
Pros:

Didnt have breakfast, but the bar was really good and the service was greate. The salmon tartar is a must and the mohitos they serve are good as a refresher after walking condado. PRices are overall okey.

Cons:

I didn't receive my invoice through email and im still waiting on it so i can expense my trip. The front desk was okey. Towel services are good, just make sure you get your daily bracelet for accessing the pool area.

Great stay for exploring the PR city side and very affordable.
Pros:

The surroundings and the hotel itself

Cons:

I’m native of PR. I felt like staff are kind of judgy and may not explain all the info needed. However this was a last minute stay and it did a great job. Great surroundings.
