Pros:

The staff are soOoooo kind, welcoming, and warm-hearted. They welcomed me with a coffee & a bottle of water, and we talked a lot about everything. :)
Even after I left, they asked me if I had arrived safe and sound. <3
They are like the family you have in Kosovo. :) I wish all of them a highly prosperous life and success in every step of life! :)

Küçük ve yeterli bir konaklama
Pros:

Oda temiz ve yeterli idi. Yatak rahattı. Banyo temizdi. 1 gün kaldık. Bizim bu süre zarfındaki beklentimizi karşıladı. Akşam resepsiyondaki hanım çok tatlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak çalışanlar ilgili idi. Girişi biraz belirsiz ama dikkat edilirse seçilebiliyor. Konumda adı başka çıktı fakat adres doğru.

Cons:

Gündüz sıcak fakat gece serindi. Klima vardı ama bir türlü çalışmadı. Resepsiyona da söylemedik. Dolaptaki yorganı aldık ancak o da lekeli idi

Incredible people I cannot say enough about my stay this hotel . This is the very best place I have stayed. The people are caring and loving and so personable, and will answer any question you have and take good care of you. STAY HERE!

There is not one thing that I did not like I loved every minute I was here and I recommended highly
