Temizdi çok merkeziydı tek bır kadın olarak kaldım otelı 2 kız kardeş işletiyor mendia ve ablası çok tatlılar mısafırperverler. Bana ellerıyle Türk kahvesı yaptı ıkram ettı ve saatlerce sohbet ettık bıraz Türkçe bılıyorlar . 2. Kattaydım valızımıde ındırdıler harıka insanlar vay kahve sınırsız lobıde muhabbetleri de yanında tatlı nıyetıne. Yorumlara bakarak gıttım Iyıkı orayı tercıh etmısım

Изключително приветлив и сърдечен персонал, все едно бяхме на гости при наши много близки хора, обгрижени от всякъде.

Локацията също е невероятна.

The best thing about this hotel is the family who run it. I received a warm welcome, the offer of a cup of tea and a meal. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked for the front room, which I loved, despite the street noise. I enjoyed sitting on the sofa in the window, from which I could look along two streets, and also sitting on the balcony and chatting with the owners. The hotel is located near many cafes, bakeries and restaurants and there's a bus stop just opposite the hotel.
The owners gave me recommendations of places to visit and restaurants, and a lift to the bus station when I needed to get an early bus.
I highly reccomend this hotel.

Hotel znajduje się blisko centrum. Wszędzie chodziliśmy na piechotę. W okolicy jest mnóstwo kawiarni oraz restauracji. Parking znajduje się za obiektem za szlabanem. Recepcja czynna całą dobę. Świetny kontakt z obsługą. Pani z recepcji dostarczyła nam dużo informacji co gdzie zwiedzić, zjeść. Pokój był duży i czysty. Świeże ręczniki i pościel. Łazienka czysta. Wygodne łóżka. Akurat nasz pokój (dla 4 osób) ma swoje lata świetności za sobą, ale widzieliśmy pokoje 2 osobowe i one znacznie lepiej wyglądały.

I love this place! Very nice, welcoming and hospitable staff. Always smiling and happy to help. The hotel is located in the city center by a very lively street (there's a terrace with a view!). The room was very clean and there was everything you can need. We got very good recomendation of what to see and where to eat. One of my best stay in a hotel so far!

Location was central and fine. Check-in was okay. The staff are helpful, welcoming and kind.

Great staff, nice and clean apartments, lovely location, free parking, free coffee and tea, free late check-in and good value.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok misafirperver, güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Kahve ikramı beklentimin üstündeydi, böyle ikram başka hiçbir yerde görmemiştim. Temizlik gayet iyiydi.

Even before I arrived, Niha and his family were already helping me with directions and transportation tips and their hospitality only grew stronger from there. Staying here wasn’t just about accommodation, it was about warmth, care, and true connection.

They welcomed me with open arms, supported me throughout my stay, and even checked in after I left to make sure I got home safe. I was treated not just as a guest, but as a part of their family. They offered me suggestions, helped with anything I needed, and even shared their local drinks with me, just out of kindness.

When you book a room here, you're not just booking a bed, you're receiving guidance, limitless support, and a deep sense of belonging.

Extra thanks: One small but meaningful detail; there were bathroom slippers in the room, which I truly appreciated as a backpack traveler. These little things matter!
Also, before heading to the festival, Niha and his family kindly reminded me it would be a sunny, open-air event and immediately offered me an umbrella. I had to assure them (with some effort 😅) that I had a hat and sunscreen with me, so no need but the fact that they even thought of it says everything about the care they provide.
