Pros:

According to the staff, there was a misunderstanding between booking com and hotel. They didn't make enough efforts to give me the kind of room I reserved 30 days before and for which I got confirmation on the same day that everything was OK.

Easy check in,Helpful staff, free late check out. It was a good and clean Hotel.

Cons:

Prices were the same as the 5 star hotels in pristina, this was a 4 star hotel.
Very early breakfast on a Sunday, 7 am until 10 am.

المكان جميل نظيف فندق عالمي ما يحتاج لكن التعامل ف البلد من الاستقبال الى موظفين الى حتى الامن تعامل سيء عنصري بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه كان مفروض نجلس خمسة ايام جلسنا يوم ومشينا لدولة البانيا صراحة ما انصح احد يضيع جهده ووقته في هذا البلد كل شخص له تجربته لكن الي شفته غير مرحب ب بالعرب ابدا والكل يجتهد عشان يوضح لك هذا الشي
