The location is very good. 15 minutes away from center on foot, and yet far enough from all the Zlatibor's ugly urbanism. We had an apartment on the wide with a view of Tornik and Čigota and it was lovely. It is also super nice that the kids playroom was open the whole day and little guys enjoyed it very much. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast, which was top class - both in quality and choices. Spa area is also very nice.
To start with smaller things, the hotel is like most of Zlatibor's accomodations - shiny on the outside, with a lot of flaws. On the second day the shower hose flew out of the wall directly at my wife while she was showering, along with a blast of water, also the hair dryer died after 5 minutes of usage. To be fair both issues were reported to staff and were fixed promptly. Room has no instructions whatsoever - on usage of phone, TVs, AC etc. so mostly you have to guess how stuff works. Do not disturb button means nothing to the cleaning as they will knock anyway. Sound isolation is very bad, which will come again into play in the last point. The room temperature is set by the hotel centrally and no matter what you change on the thermostat, it was 22 degrees the whole time. I guess the hotel disables the heating according to the calendar, and not according to the actual outside temperature. Whether a guest wants more than 22 degrees should be a guest's decision and not the hotel's. Balcony is lovely, however has no outside furniture, so if you want to enjoy the view and the fresh air, you will have to stand there. And now, cherry on top, on the last day of our visit, the hotel accommodated 8 busses of teenage school trip, and completely mixed them with regular guests and families. The mixture of mentioned bad sound isolation and the occupation of the hotel by 300 teenagers is not something you expect from a facility that advertises as "find your peace". It was very badly organized and managed, and such tours should not be a part of a hotel of such status. It ruined our stay, as we had two small kids, and I was ready to rate this far lower were it not for a 10% discount that a hotel offered as an apology.

we stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms, extremely comfortable and clean. the location is good, close to the lake, only a 12-minute walk away... we will definitely come again... the only drawback is finding the hotel parking lot, which is reached from another street with insufficiently visible signposts, and the air conditioner in the room, which has already been switched to summer mode, so there is no possibility of heating the room, but you can ask for an extra blanket😊

Спа (маленькие сауны и температура не соответствует заявленной), хамам слабый, часто отключается и в спа не убираются за три дня как валялись салфетки в углу хамама так и остались там, в номере нет чайника, пришлось греть воду на чай в турке и нет шампуня с кондиционером пробников

Really like the location. it’s calm and beautiful around, and close to a small hike that our family enjoyed very much. The spa zone and breakfast were pretty nice, can only recommend staying in this place.

Also, restaurant offers very good menu for lunch with reasonable prices.

We had a great stay at Queen of Zlatibor. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
The pool and spa area were excellent — not crowded at all, which made the experience even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed it with the kids, who had an amazing time.
Breakfast was always fresh and offered plenty of options for everyone. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave at the end of our stay.
