The spa was excellent, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay.
The shower cabin was missing a door, so water flooded the bathroom floor every time we took a shower. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, which caused constant humidity and an unpleasant smell.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no kettle, no saucepan, and no frying pan, making it impossible to prepare even a simple meal. There were also no basic cleaning supplies, such as a sponge or dishwashing liquid, so it wasn't possible to properly wash the dishes, cutlery, or wipe down the table.

Lack of towels in the room, there were only two for showering, no extras for hands.
Нам понравилось все - мы провели 3 чудесных дня в этом отделе. Все удобно и продуманно - есть подземная парковка, с нее можно подняться на лифте на нужный этаж. Очень понравился СПА - хороший бассейн, бани, душевые с массажными режимами, соляная комната и т.д. Пожалела, что не взяла очки для плаванья. При входе в спа выдают полотенца, в номере халаты, в которых можно пойти в СПА, спустившись на лифте на -1 этаж. Из зоны СПА летом можно выйти во внутренний двор и позагорать. Хороший ресторан, который работает дольше, чем рестораны в городе. Завтрак хороший, выбор большой. Отель новый, у нас был 2х-комнатный номер с кухней-гостиной и спальней. На кухне можно готовить, есть посуда для еды, для приготовления посуды нет. Есть бильярдная в зоне бара, а так же можно посмотреть спорт на большом экране. При возможности, снова приедем в этот отель!

垃圾桶是坏的，去前台问才有的烧水壶也是坏的，沙发床也有一个坑。
这么大的酒店，说是提供早餐，住这么多人，如果是7点开始供应会更好。
Hotel je jako cist, osoblje jako ljubazno, uvek su dostupni za svaku informaciju. Bazen i Spa prelepi, jako čisto, puno prostora. Igraonica za decu jako lepa i prostrana, idealna za kišan dan. Hrana preukusna. Sve pohvale i sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Jedva čekamo da vidimo kako je zimi.
