Nous avons trouvé cette station sale, sans places prévues pour des gens à mobilité réduite et sans aucun plan de ville n

Le personnel était accueillant
C’était propre

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception ne parlait pas outre langue à part le Serbe donc ça rendait la communication difficile ( même pas l’anglais) il fallait chaque fois appeler quelqu’un pour traduire

Odlicna hrana,spa,osoblje i sve domacinski oganizovano
Pros:

Dorucak fantastican sa mnogo izbora a lokacija je skroz ok. Osoblje ljubazno i srdacno tako da se u hotelu Queen osjecamo jako prijatno skoro kao da smo kod kuce.

Cons:

Nema sta da se doda. Sve u hotelu je za svaku pohvalu

Excellent apart-hotel
Pros:

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious, clean and comfy room. Hotel staff are super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is great and the food at the restaurant is excellent. Spa has a big pool, multiple saunas and tepidariums, kids pool. Rooms have air-conditioning.

Cons:

Not much cutlery or pots and pans if you want to cook something in your room.

Pros:

Bilo je udobno, apartman je lep. Zaposleni su jako ljubazni.

Cons:

Nije moglo da se sedi na terasi jer nije bilo namestaja. Kafe nije bilo u apartmanu, sitnih tako stvari koje znače.

Predivno iskustvo, dolazićemo opet.
Pros:

Ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje u housekeepingu, spa centru, restoranu i baru. Stvarno, bez greške, svaka čast. Spa centar je prelep i ima sve što je potrebno. Doručak je bio solidan, više u domenu klasičnog, nego fantastičnog.

Cons:

Krevet je imao naddušek koje bio premekan. Kao neko kome odgovara tvrđa podloga, nikako mi nije prijalo. Repecija iako veoma profesionalna i ljubazna, odaje utisak hladnoće i distanciranosti i lično sam imao osećaj da im smetam kada sam dolazio da nešto zatražim ili pitam, ali moguće da je to samo moj subjektivni osećaj, ne znam. Takođe, iako nije problem što se parking naplaćuje (što smo saznali na checkoutu), smatram da bi bilo fer naglasiti samo na check inu. Verovatno se njima podrazumeva, ali mi smo prvi put bili, pa nismo bili upućeni. Nije do cene, već do transparentnosti. Iako sve ovo nije uticalo na celokupan utisak, mislim da je bitno napisati, kako bi nastavili da poboljšavaju uslugu. Takođe, za ljude kojima treba račun za firmu, a rezevišu preko Bookinga, nećete ga dobiti od hotela, već morate pisati Bookingu. Čisto da budete u toku.

Non ritornerei….
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto solo il ristorante alla carta, tutto era buonissimo. Il view dalla stanza era meraviglioso.

Cons:

Staff alla reception super rude, quando chiesto se il telefono per poter telefonare alla reception può essere riparato la risposta era NO! Le signore delle pulizie, anche se gentili, entravano ad ogni ora anche se era impostato non disturbare, l’aria condizionata che doveva essere accesa alla reception and non in camera. La stanza era orribile sotto il tetto.

Luxe et confort
Pros:

Tout est propre et quasiment neuf. Nous avions un appartement pour 4 en duplex. C’est très confortable. La piscine est top avec sauna le tout à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des produits locaux.

Бронировал двух уровненный номер, но по факту номера были не готовы и мне предложили заселить в другой номер. При этом оказалось вид из окна на стройку и шум соответственно.
