This hotel was a fantastic find. What really stood out was the exceptional service. During most of my stay, I dealt with Rami, who was consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. His customer service was truly outstanding.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues during my stay, but given the current situation and the challenges facing the region, they were completely understandable and did not impact my overall experience.

A pleasant stay with good service and a convenient location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite.
