I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was beyond my expectations, from the cleanliness and room quality to the hospitality and overall service.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with high quality furniture and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how fresh and well organized everything was. Even the water and all the basic amenities were consistently available and well taken care of

The hospitality was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and they were always responsive whenever I needed anything. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine care.

Overall, the quality, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality were amazing. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. A truly excellent experience!

Pros:

One of the best options for Hamra Beirut stay.

Cons:

The room door card only worked once upon checking in despite recharging it twice. It would still not open the door. Had to ask for help to get in to the room at nighttime.
