Excelente lugar para disfrutar San Juan

La ubicación, la comodidad, contaba con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía

Cons:

El reducido espacio del baño, dentro de la regadera se encuentra el lavamanos y no contaba con ventilación, tema menor pero es un detalle

Pros:

Fair priced, perfectly located and the staff is warm and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Lin’s welcome. We’ll be back!

The room we stayed in didn’t have windows, although it was well ventilated.
It can get a bit loud with inconsiderate neighbors early in the morning, but that’s not the hotel’s fault per se :)

Excelente en general
Pros:

Céntrico para moverte por San Juan. Tiene área de comida cerca para desplazarse a pie. Zonas de visita turística y fiesta a unos pocos minutos en Uber. Todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda en la ciudad. El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar y resolver dudas. En especial Lin es un amor de persona muy cercano y cariñoso!

Cons:

Algo que yo hubiera podido descartar del hotel sería el aire acondicionado que hay en el hotel, para mi gusto está demasiado frío. Durante mi estancia no utilice el aire acondicionado de la habitación porque con el que transmitía el exterior hacía la habitación era suficiente.

Estancia por trabajo en San Juan
Pros:

La habitación (suite) fue muy cómoda. Tenía 2 áreas, una sala con sofá y área de trabajo amplios, y la habitación. Espacio para storage, varios conectores. Amenities como plancha, microondas, mini refrigerador, cafetera, agua y bebidas de cortesía. Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

No hay elevador, lo cual es incómodo para subir maletas. Cuando hice check in el personal del lobby no ofreció su ayuda en este asunto. En el check out si ofrecieron su ayuda. Tampoco hay desayuno. No me gustó que solicité 1 hora más para hacer el check out (salir a las 12 pm en lugar de 11 am) y no lo permitieron.

Good hotel
Pros:

I dont know why I thought it was near the beach but it wasn't. I really didnt understand why i booked in this area but not the hotels fault. I had a rented car so it was fine in terms of parking on the street and accessibility to where I had to go. Also, my rooms wasnt cleaned even once when I was there. Maybe that was the policy and I was too busy to bother about all that anyway.

Cons:

Room not cleaned every day.
No one at the reception during the evening when I checked in.
