Pros:

Персонал на ресешпн- уан лав, на все просьбы быстро реагируют, терпеливо поясняют детали, рассказывают о местах в городе для посещения.
Завтраки разнообразные, кухня в отеле вкусная, рядом в пешей доступности парк аттракционов и эко парк для прогулок.
На завтрак разные фрукты, всё вкусно.
Отель новый, чистый.

Cons:

Почему-то в последний день пребывания йогурты в упаковке не стали ставить, стояли порции в чашечках, что неудобно, если ребенок не привык завтракать рано утром.

Pros:

The property has nice facilities, the room and the bathroom were great. Breakfast and breakfast area were lavish. The spa and pool below were quite nice, too.

Cons:

No downsides to this property based on our travel needs. There was a blackout in the neighborhood, but our hotel had lights. The AC/thermostat were a bit arcane to understand.

Pros:

Excellent stay from start to finish. The reception staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile! The room was spotless, comfortable, and modern. Although it's situated outside the city center, the area felt lovely and very pleasant to walk around. Great breakfast and a wonderful overall vibe. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The pool and spa area was a bit too crowded at the time we visited.

Our 3-night stay at Bentley Hotel Tashkent was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff.

A special thank you to Ms. Saida, Mr. Riazuddin, and Mr. Shahjohan. They deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

Ms. Saida went above and beyond by arranging a comfortable airport transfer for our large group on departure. Everything was perfectly organized, making our journey stress-free.

Mr. Riazuddin made our check-in smooth and effortless. He patiently helped us choose the most suitable rooms and accommodated our room changes with professionalism and a smile.

Mr. Shahjohan was always there to assist with our luggage, offering help promptly and making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

It is rare to come across a team that consistently delivers such warm, attentive, and professional service. They turned a great hotel stay into a memorable one. I highly recommend Bentley Hotel Tashkent and will gladly stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent.

Herşeyi ile güzel bir otel. Fiyat, kalite performansı çok iyi, çalışanlar çok ilgili özellikle Faik Bey çok ilgili idi. Havuz, hamam vs.hepsi çok temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. İşim gereği senede yaklaşık 2-3 ay oteller de geçiren biri olarak her şeyi ile çok beğendim.

Temiz, havuz, spa olayı çok güzel, personel çok eğitimli ve titiz çalışıyor.

Cons:

Завтрак был шикарный, все свежее и вкусное, самса горячая, кофе вкусный, что очень удивило, фрукты апельсины и грейпфрут были очищены до мякоти, такого я не видела даже в ресторане)
