Pros:

Отель оставил только самые приятные впечатления! Очень удачное расположение — прямо в центре Ташкента. В отеле безупречная чистота, всё аккуратно и комфортно.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - очень

внимательные, доброжелательные и

отзывчивые. Отношение к гостям

действительно на высшем уровне.

Завтраки просто превосходные — большой выбор, всё вкусно и качественно. А SPA и бассейн — — отдельная любовь! Бассейн тёплый, чистый, отдыхать там было одно удовольствие.

В общем, нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и смело можем рекомендовать этот отель.

Все хорошо, в целом, очень приятные впечатления, спасибо за теплый прием!
Pros:

Отель в хорошем состоянии со всеми удобствами, номер был современный и комфортный! Также хочу отметить зону СПА! Не ожидали, что будет настолько хорошо :)

Персонал очень приветливый и приятный.

Cons:

Были небольшие недопонимания при заселении, но сотрудники решили вопрос в течение получаса.

И завтраки лично меня не удовлетворили, выбор есть, но практически все коммерческое/магазинное, даже сезонные фрукты были невкусными и хлеб оказался не самым свежим:( но хочу отметить вкусные омлеты, которые готовят по запросу.

Excellent
Pros:

Second time we stay at Bentley, love that hotel, staff and facilities. Very comfortable for traveling with family, in particular with small kids. Hotel team is always keen to help and assist with everything needed. Thank you again for hosting us! :)

Персонал на ресешпн- уан лав, на все просьбы быстро реагируют, терпеливо поясняют детали, рассказывают о местах в городе для посещения.
Завтраки разнообразные, кухня в отеле вкусная, рядом в пешей доступности парк аттракционов и эко парк для прогулок.
На завтрак разные фрукты, всё вкусно.
Отель новый, чистый.

Cons:

Почему-то в последний день пребывания йогурты в упаковке не стали ставить, стояли порции в чашечках, что неудобно, если ребенок не привык завтракать рано утром.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The property has nice facilities, the room and the bathroom were great. Breakfast and breakfast area were lavish. The spa and pool below were quite nice, too.

Cons:

No downsides to this property based on our travel needs. There was a blackout in the neighborhood, but our hotel had lights. The AC/thermostat were a bit arcane to understand.
