Не змогла розрахуватись через термінал, дуже повільні менеджери, в самому номері постійно неприємний запах каналізації, після усунення знову повертався, карточка ключ увесь час розмагнічувався, постійно щось відпадало або ломалрсь із оснащення номера - як на таку ціну очікувала більше

Would absolutely recommend!!
Pros:

I really loved staying in this hotel, the room is massive and so comfortable. After arriving from Ireland I was able to get an early check in ( about 30 euros) extra but i was very glad to be in my room at 9am for a little shut eye (black out curtains are the best! )
Bed was so comfortable, mini bar well stocked, shower excellent and the location was perfect .. with Yandex you can be anywhere in Tashkent very fast and for very little money .
The staff were excellent too and the breakfast was nice . Beautiful hotel , I would recommend it and I would love to stay there again if I ever come back that way again !

Супер отель, цена равно и даже дешево за то качество, которое предоставляет отель! Безумно чисто! Уютно, я бы поставила 100/10

Почему я так уверено пишу отзыв, потому что я съехала с отеля на 6$ дешевле, мы проживали со спортсменами, отель грязный, вонючий, кондиционер не работал, раковина в ванной протекала, хорошо что я по окончанию турнира пере бронировала отель! И попала просто в яблочко!


Добавлю еще что безопасно, я отдыхала одна с детьми, транспортная развязка супер, станция метро близко, пешочком в доль канала и уже метро 👍🏼 поэтому еще раз повторюсь отель супер! Завтрак очень разнообразный, вкусный, фрукты свежие чистые вкусные 🙌🏽 советую
Спа чистое, теплое, бассейн классный, дети час не выходили с джакузи, вода комфортная 👍🏼

Успеха и процветания!
Pros:

Потрясающий отель. Все замечательно от момента заселения до выезда. Оплата принимается наличными в местной валюте или по карте. В отеле есть банкомат с возможностью внесения наличных и обмена валюты.
Номер делюкс просторный, со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Идеальная чистота.
СПА зона и бассейн небольшие, но отлично подойдёт для того, чтобы расслабиться после длительных прогулок. На массаж не удалось попасть, т.к. необходимо записываться заранее, не оказалось свободного места.
Выезд из отеля был запланирован ночью. На ресепшене уже был подготовлен бокс с завтраком. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный.

New hotel with great facilities and attentive staff and large confortable rooms.
Pros:

A new hotel, writing in 2026, that has excellent large rooms, attentive staff, great facilities and comfortable beds. I only stayed one night as I was travelling for work but really have no complaints whatsoever for this Hotel. They also organised an airport pick up which was excellent.
