Pros:

Perfecte locatie midden in centrum, maar daar merk je in kamer niks van (wij hadden kamer aan achterzijde). Goede bedden, airconditioning en klein koelkastje op kamer. Ook elke dag wat lekkers op de kamer.

Cons:

's Nachts hoorden we af en toe gekraak/getik, waarschijnlijk uit airconditioning.

Great place in Santiago
Pros:

Lovely spacious room right on the Main Street off the square, but still pretty quiet. Modern features. Easy check in and could store bags.

Cons:

A bigger bin in the main room would’ve been useful rather than just the small bathroom bin

I'll definetely stay again next time.
Pros:

I appreciated how easy it was to find the hostel, conveniently located in the heart of Santiago. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds.

Beautiful room great location
Pros:

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of old town. Beautiful skylight above the bed. Cookies and coffee every morning in the room. They even stored my bag for a few days while I travelled.

Очень приятное место
Pros:

Комната была очень чистая, удобная, красивая, с красивым постельным бельем. В комнате на троих нас ожидало две большие кровати и одна стандартная. В номере были приготовлены для гостей вода, сок, печенье и капсульная кофе-машина. Находится в самом центре.

Cons:

Так как находится в центре очень шумно, под окном бар который гудел до 2:00 ночи.

Een teleurstelling voor die prijs. Weinig gastvrij.

Cons:

Geen persoonlijk contact, alles verloopt via Whatsapp. Gebrek aan alle duidelijke info bij check-in.
We hadden kamer met ontbijt geboekt en betaald. We hebben ‘s avonds zelf moeten vragen hoe het ontbijt daar zou verlopen (via Whatsapp). We hebben ‘s nachts rond 4u antwoord gekregen dat het in een zaak aan de overkant was en dat het pas om 8u30 kon. We moesten om 8u30 echter vertrekken om onze vlucht te halen. De zaak aan de overkant bleek wel al open te zijn om 8u. Daar wist men van niets en weigerde men ook om om 8u ontbijt te serveren.

Escapada a Santiago
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, muy moderna. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas.
Muy bien situado y a pesar de estar en el centro, muy silencioso.

Excelente descanso al finalizar mi Camino de Santiago
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, a dos cuadras de la Catedral de Santiago, aunque estaba en una zona de mucho movimiento durante el dia, no hubo ningun ruido molesto, la habitacion pequeña pero muy bella con todo lo necesario,tetera, café, té, galletas, nevera, baño cómodo, la atención fue por whatsapp, pero muy personal a pesar de no vernos, me guardaron el equipaje desde el dia antes.

A beautiful place yet noisy stay
Pros:

The property was in a great location & very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was noisy. Either noise from the street if the windows were open, or the noisy AC with the windows closed, so our sleep was broken.
