Everything smelled of STRONG laundry detergent. Spoiled what would otherwise be a 9-10 property :(
Pros:

Brand new. Great location within 2min walk of Santiago Catedral, on the main bustling street with plenty of food and shopping options - great energy, and the noise definitely calms down at night. The housekeeping woman was incredibly cordial and professional as I was checking out. The complimentary muffins, juice and water were a very nice touch - the water really saved me because no stores were open to buy bottled water the night I arrived. The digital keypad access works well, and instructions to go through the restaurant downstairs were clear.

Cons:

Please change your laundry service. The entire room and bathroom smelled of S-T-R-O-N-G laundry detergent from the towels. It made me kind've sick using the towels. I was afraid I would get an allergic reaction. Fortunately, I did not react, but the smell was just unnaturally strong, and spoiled what would otherwise be a 9-10 property.

Good location, decent room, decent price
Pros:

It is a cute property and room at a pretty good price.

Cons:

The cleaning smell in the room was so strong we had to air it out for hours. We didn’t see any staff and the restaurant below was closed so it was a bit eerie, but at least quiet

Cuidado al detalle
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, hay ascensor. Supermercado 24h cerca. Todo está cuidado al detalle. Con aire acondicionado, cama super cómoda. El olor de la habitación, la limpieza, todo.

Cons:

Nos despertó el ruido de la calle en varias ocasiones a primera hora de la mañana.
La televisión no funcionaba bien, intentamos ver Netflix y no pudimosm

Great stay, fantastic location
Pros:

Incredible location and great facilities. The decor is lovely and overall we loved our stay. The arrangement of breakfast at a little café opposite works well. We were in a hurry one morning and the friendly lady made us takeaway coffee and delicious pastries.

The winebar downstairs is lovely but expensive. It’s a great spot to sip on a glass of wine while watching the world go by.

Cons:

The in-room coffee is not the best, minor issue tho.

Alojamiento estupendo en el centro de santiago
Pros:

Me encantó todo. La ubicación, situado en una de las calles más bonitas de Santiago, los detalles de bienvenida, agua, café, magdalenas, zumo de naranja... Y los amenities del baño. El colchón muy cómodo, la limpieza, la decoración, y la amabilidad del personal, tiene bar en la planta baja donde pudimos dejar las maletas el día que dejamos la habitación, y donde también se puede cenar.
