Pros:

주인과 직원이 너무너무 친절했고 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다. 먹는 동안 필요한 것들을 챙겨주며 세심하게 도움을 주었고 호텔 입구부터 객실, 주방 등 모든 공간이 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 위치도 역 바로 옆이라 도착과 출발시에 아주 편리했고 주변에 시장도 있어서 볼거리도 많았습니다.

Perfect location for trains and lovely staff
Pros:

Laziz is an amazing guy - he was really responsive on WhatsApp when I had questions about check-in times, and he made me a packed lunch to take with me when I had an early train! Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you arrive or leave during the night.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear the trains during the night as the station is nearby (maybe depending on what room you're in).

Great service, staff and comfort. Perfect for early trains.
Pros:

Excellent location for anyone catching an early train. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my 4:30am departure. They had a takeaway breakfast, coffee and my registration forms prepared in advance, and even called my room to make sure I was awake. The level of service was exceptional and made an otherwise difficult early start completely stress-free. Highly recommended, especially for early-morning travellers!

Cons:

The hotel is located about 20 mins from Registan Square, which is the trade off for being so close to the train station.

Lovely hotel right by train station
Pros:

The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. I was arriving in the middle of the night and they confirmed I would be able to check in at that time. They answered the door very quickly so I wasn't waiting outside alone. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Close to train station so great for early/late trains.

Cons:

The light from the air conditioner was quite bright, but that's all.

הגענו ברכבת לסמרקנד אחר חצות. הקרבה לתחנת הרכבת הייתה במרחק של שתי דקות הליכה.התאים לנו מאוד. החדר היה גדול מרווח נקי מאוד. בדיוק מה שחיפשנו

The property is colorfully and carefully appointed. Very good taste. The courtyard within the property is pleasant, and the dining facilities are comfortable with excellent food.

Lokalizacja przy samym dworcu kolejowym zarazem blisko sklepów i komunikacji publicznej. Hotelik w stylu pałacowym, pokój przestronny i cudowny. Fantastyczna pościel. Mały balkonik. Śniadanie niesamowite najlepsze jakie jedliśmy w całym Uzbekistanie, a do tego wszystkiego bardzo miła, kulturalna, pomocna obsługa. Uprzejmy Pan obdarował nas magnesem i flagą za bardzo dziękujemy. Polecamy z całego serca ten hotel 💚

ロケーションは国営鉄道の駅と、トラムの駅に徒歩圏内で、とにかくよい。スタッフも親日的で、滞在に不満はなく、快適に過ごせます。エアコン、湯沸かしポット、も部屋に備え付けられてます。値段もタシケントにくらべれば良心的です。

７か月ぶりに朝食がさらにダウングレードしているのが大変残念だった。せっかく乳製品、小麦類、肉類と果物がおいしい国なのに、残念、残念。近くにバザールがあるので、安いパンと、生クリーム、雑穀乳かゆ、果物で十分なんだけど。バザール外にはおいしい揚げパンが売られていますし、バザールで干し果物のほか、ナッツ類、その他もろもろなんでも手に入ります。

Very clean and comfortable hotel right next to the train station
Pros:

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel with superb staff. Great location.

The staff at the reception speaks perfect English and was very professional.
I highly recommend it to anyone who arrives late or leave early by train. It is literally right next to the station.

Although they had some trouble with plumbing (It wasn't their fault. It seems like the whole area had some kind of trouble), the staff was very flexible in handling and helping the guest.

Pros:

I booked it for just a night as I had a one day tour and I was going to take the train after. It was a great decision as not only the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great. At night, I was checked in by Jasur who was so polite, helpful and thoughtful. I had to leave early in the morning for the tour, so he gave me a few fruits and yogurt before coffee so I don't have coffee on an empty stomach! When I came back to the hotel in the afternoon, I had a few hours' wait before the train, so I just waited at the hotel. Laziz offered me coffee and made sure I was comfortable. I'm so impressed by the staff at this hotel! It's always the little things that matter. If I could give it a rating of more than 10, I would :). Highly recommended!

Very kind staff & great location
Pros:

The staff are so kind, friendly, and accomodating. Got there much earlier than check-in time, but they let me check in and even made me nice breakfast to-go. It’s also literally two minutes from the train station, yet super quiet.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

思いやりあふれるスタッフのみなさんに感謝
Pros:

スタッフのみなさんが優しく、ホスピタリティにあふれていました。ウェルカムティーとして、おいしいお茶を部屋まで持ってきてくださいました。
電車の時刻が朝早かったのですが、早朝のチェックアウトにも対応していただきました。
時間に間に合うよう気にかけてくださった上、朝食の代わりにと、食べる物も包んでくださいました。
夜中で大変だったのに、丁寧な見送りまでしていただいて、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
とても幸せな気持ちで帰路に着きました。
