Pobyt udany. Hotel generalnie mogę polecić na krótki pobyt w mieście.
Pros:

Obsługa w recepcji miła. Czystość w obiekcie na dobrym poziomie.
Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie.
Łóżko wygodne.

Cons:

Śniadanie mało urozmaicone; ciągłe braki produktów; ekspres do kawy słabo działał - ciągle wymagał dodatkowej obsługi, brakowało filiżanek do kawy
Internet w 1 dniu wcale nie działał.

Only their location in Yandex since they hace 2 Hotels with same name it confuse when booking so it hassle us for 2 times until they told us not to put Hotel when booking but only Mirzo.

Впечатления от отеля остались положительными. Рекомендую к проживанию. Персонал очень вежливый.
Pros:

завтрак нормальный, есть что выбрать на разные вкусы. Я очень довольная. Кофе отличный , готовит кофемашина из зерен. Я после завтрака почти 10 часов была сытой и довольной, до позднего обеда. Оформление небольшого зала для завтраков было отличным с точки зрения дизайна и очень чисто. Особенно важно отметить что бассейн и хамам работают до поздна, что приятно после жаркого дня перед сном посетить. Обязательно здесь остановлюсь при следующей поездке. Спасибо всем работникам отеля за теплый прием.

Cons:

Рекомендую сотрудникам на рецепшене давать распечатанные на бумаге инструкции подробные посещения бассейна: например про тапочки резиновые, потому что в одноразовых отельных туда не пустят, про то как выйти из бассейна по внутренней лестнице на второй этаж через переговорное устройство. Напишите это всё и тогда у гостей вашего отеля не будет вопросов и проблем при посещении бассейна.Это просто мои рекомендации, а не отрицательные впечатления. Спасибо за понимание.

Гостиница отличная, нам все понравилось. Номера чистые, персонал вежливый завтрак вкусный. Успели посетить бассеин с 10 до 11, забыла имя парня на ресепшене, был очень вежлив, все обьяснил и очень помог, даже тапочки одолжил🤭🤗
