El personal del hotel muy amable y el desayuno era muy completo. Hicieron todo lo posible para poder dejar nuestras maletas mientras íbamos dos dias a Samarcanda, y volvimos a alojarnos al mismo hotel aunque no lo teniamos planeado a la vuelta.

Cons:

Solo encontramos a faltar nevera en la habitación y la ubicación, que esta lejos de estaciones de metro y del centro. En Tashkent las distancias son muy grandes, aunque con la app Yandex tomar un taxi era rápido.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very accommodating. Due to our flight delay, we checked in past 6 am the following morning. We were granted a late check-out until 2 pm, which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from the metro, but there is bus stop right outside the hotel.

Perfect Stopover
Pros:

Perfect one-night stay with a very convenient location close to both the airport and the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting with early check-in, taxi arrangements, and even packing breakfast for our early flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequate for a short stay, though not very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

Мы забронировали семейный номер с одной спальней и одной гостиной ,а описание к данному номеру указывалось что диван в гостинной можно использовать для сна и есть дополнительный японский матрас , но по приезду в отель на ресепшене нам сказали что этот диван маленький и спать на нем нельзя и матрасов свободных нет так как якобы отель полностью заселён гостями и номер этот ори нам даже не показали хотя мы настаивали и ребята на ресепшене затеяли с нами спор и сказали что ,описание на букинге не соответствует реальности и что это вина букинга , затем они решили вызвать tourist police но в итого они предложили нам два разных номера за дополнительную оплату ,так как деваться нам было некуда ,мы были уставшие после перелета мы согласились провести дополнительные оплату и заселиться.
У меня сложилось впечатление что номер просто был занят и вся причина была в этом.
Вообще не советую этот отель за не добросовестное отношение к гостям.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and I liked that it started early. Unfortunately that’s really the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

Cons:

Staff were a bit snooty and simply not very friendly. The room felt like a disco ball at night, there were flashing, glaring lights everywhere, making it hard to sleep. The mattress didn’t help either, it was about as comfortable as a slab of concrete. The carpet and bathroom walls were disgustingly filthy. Wifi was practically nonexistent.

お部屋が広めでお手頃な値段でした。

Cons:

近くにスーパーやコンビニの類いがない。
チェックアウト時に滞在証明書の発行依頼をした際、印刷が出来なかったようで、入手までに時間がかかった。

Pros:

Единственный плюс — это работа персонала. Сотрудники очень вежливые, дружелюбные и действительно старались помочь во всех вопросах.

Cons:

Номер абсолютно не соответствует санитарным нормам и требует генеральной уборки и ремонта:
-Санузел: стойкий неприятный запах, в душевой налет и грязь, а стыки стен и плинтусов выглядят так, будто ремонта там не было никогда (отслоения, следы сырости).
-Комната: ковролин на полу весь в темных въевшихся пятнах — ступать на него без обуви просто невозможно, при этом отельных тапочек в номере не было. Стены по всему номеру засаленные, в затертостях и грязи.
Ощущение полной запущенности, останавливаться здесь было крайне неприятно😢

Pros:

Чистые номера, очень вежливый персонал, потрясающе вкусные завтраки. Обязательно вернусь еще сюда

Я выбирала этот отель по отзывам. И вообще не жалею. Отличное место. Номера прелестные. Завтрак изумительный.
Менеджеры доброжелательные.
Я была в августе Казахстан, г.Кокшетау.
