В целом, отель неплохой. Главное, постельное белье и полотенца были чистые)
Pros:

Вкусные завтраки, с 07:00 до 10:00
Очень приветливый персонал
Нашли номер для дополнительных дней
Удобная локация, тихо, нет прямого солнечного света на окна

Cons:

Номер пахнет сыростью
Номер почти не убирался, мусор вынесли по моей просьбе
В душевой нет двери, вся вода стекает по полу
Нет шампуня

Cons:

Кондер не работал. Сразу сказал это сотруднику - предложил вентилятор, который страшно шумит. Перевести меня в другой номер не согласились, только на следующей день. Хотя я прям сотрудника привел в номер - он сказал типа норм.

Всю 1 ночь не смог заснуть - духота нереальная. На второй день я рано утром ушел на экскурсию. Поэтому не успел сказать о переводе. После экскурсии снова сказали, что поздно. Итак вторую ночь я как то смог уснуть.

На 3 день у меня уже сил не было бодаться. В итоге сам директор признал свою вину. Видимо проверил через мастера, что кондиционер не работает. В первый день оказывается это он меня встречал и кажется подумал, что я врал. Признав вину наконец то предложи другой номер с работающим кондиционером.

Вот такое приключение неприятное произошло. В жару в ташкенте летом заселили в номер с неработающим кондиционером и не хотели дать другой сразу

Персонал 10/10 очень вежливые и приветливые парни не ресепшене
Еда довольно вкусная
Расположение хорошое, рядом есть много кафешек
В целом за свою цену хорошое место для ночлега

Cons:

Ночью мешает шум машин и поэзда.
Ванная комната очень мальенкая и на полу в душе нет перегородки из за этого вся ванна мокрая и сантехника старая почти всю еле держиться.
Кавролин уже по темнел от грязи стены тоже и в ванной в некоторых местах есть плесен

Overall I was pretty happy with seeing people working and welcoming and encouraging us to discover the city and district
Pros:

Me and my wife were there for 1 week, I really liked the staff, especially Abd Almalek was very friendly and helpful and polite, the food was great fresh both girls at breakfast rooms were very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like washrooms, water was leaking every time we took a shower, the carpet was dirty, we couldn’t get cleaning room done every day, the remote control for the TV wasn’t working and the didn’t have batteries to change them, the mattress wasn’t fluffy enough was a little too hard .

Pros:

Good hotel, very clean lobby, room, cafe.
There were everything required in the bathroom, comfortable bed.
Flexible personnel in the hotel, let people left their luggage after check out.
Good restaurants near by, walking distance.
Very close to hotel.
Kettle and tea were available in the room as well.
