Hotel Impressionante!!
Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso!! A estrutura do hotel é enorme, piscinas maravilhosas, equipe super legal, comida e bebidas de alto nível, quarto enorme lindo…como é um hotel all inclusive achávamos q não ia ter tanta qualidade, mas esse hotel tem e por isso superou nossas expectativas!!!

Cons:

A localização é mais afastada e a praia estava com muitas algas durante a nossa estadia, mas como ficamos neste hotel por último em nossa viagem acabou não sendo um problema pois já tínhamos aproveitado muito nos dias anteriores…super recomendamos este hotel!!

Excellent family vacation
Pros:

Loved the variety of food options. The food at the Indian restaurant was great and the chef very friendly. Loved the atmosphere at castle view and the grill. The resort was well suited to a family vacation, lovely views, clean and modern amenities. The rooms were large and convenient and comfortable

Cons:

Flies in the buffet restaurant. Rooms were hot and uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

Pros:

L'accueil, l'ambiance, la chambre superbe... L'hôtel magnifique.

Cons:

Que l'on passe la serpillière dans la chambre chaque jour sans faire les lits et retirer la vaisselle utilisée, ça n'a aucun sens.
Le sol du couloir tâché de café depuis notre arrivée, les toiles d'araignées...
Le manque de boutiques, un distributeur qui ne fonctionne pas ( le premier est à 20mn en voiture).

The property was beautiful

Cons:

The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower flooded with every use and housekeeping knew this was a known issue. So the bathroom floor had a pool of water after showering.

If you are looking for just a place to stay this property is just it. It’s beautiful but that’s all. There was barely any entertainment at the property. It was far from everything and boring. Two things can’t be true. If it’s far from everything then the entertainment at the property needs to be over the top.

Pros:

Shocking stay, we left after 2 nights when wed paid for 12. Dirty, unaccommodating, poor meals, drinks were bad! The whole stay was very poor
