It was a bit weird to stay next to a prison hospital.

Schöne Wohnung, ggf etwas spartanisch in der Ausstattung.

Cons:

Sehr komplizierter check in Vorgang. Manches Visa lässt sich einfacher beantragen. Mit vielen zusätzlichen Infos.
Ggf für Für Kaffeetrinker - keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.

You need to focus on what matters more. And make the check in experience pleasant
Pros:

Location was ok. Bit further from the old town.

Cons:

No hand or face towels.
No shower floor mat
No coffee/
Not even a bottle of water.
No point in having a dishwasher or a washing machine when a cheap coffee maker with enough coffee pods would matter to the guest more. But here they don’t even have basic coffee powder - forget nespresso
Check in was a hassle. 3 different key lock codes to get through. And it was stressful.
Check in instructions provided at last minute - this becomes stressful for guests - there was no assurance that these would be provided on time.
We didn’t have a good experience checking in. And for a 2 day stay, we didnt want to go shopping to a supermarket for basics like coffee and tea

Schöne, saubere und große Appartments mit Parkplatz in relativ zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Villa mit viel Platz, Swimmingpool und großem Parkplatz. Sauna, mit einem sehr schönen Garten,
und geräumigen Apartments und guter Ausstattung. Hilfsbereiten und freundlichen telefonischen Support

Cons:

Alles wird ferngesteuert, was Vor- und Nachteile mit sich bringt. Beispiel: Die Sauna funktionierte nicht, obwohl der Strom per Fernsteuerung (von Suppoort) eingeschaltet wurde. Die hohen Mauern des Gefängniskrankenhauses (tatsächlich aber interessant).
Die Apartments könnten mit grundlegenden Dingen für den morgendlichen Bedarf wie Tee und Kaffee ausgestattet sein (falls Sie keine Zeit haben, diese zu kaufen).
