Pros:

Прекрасная локация, отель комфортный по всем параметрам: спортзал, питание, уборка

Cons:

Номера очень маленькие, никакого "вида на город", за который доплачиваешь нет так как кругом дома. В ванной комнате абсолютно не предосмтрено пространство для комфортного размещения вещей, полотенец, халата.

Cons:

بسبب ظروف عائلية طارئة، اضطررت إلى تسجيل الخروج المبكر من الفندق والعودة إلى بلدي بشكل فوري، وتم تعديل مدة الإقامة وفقًا لذلك. وكان من المفترض إعادة المبلغ المتبقي لي نتيجة تقليص فترة الإقامة.

إلا أنه وحتى تاريخه، لم يتم استرداد أي مبلغ، رغم مرور أكثر من شهر. وخلال هذه الفترة تواصلت معهم عدة مرات، وفي كل مرة يتم إبلاغي بأن الأمر يحتاج إلى مزيد من الوقت، دون تحديد موعد واضح لإتمام عملية الاسترداد.

Perfect location, great value for money

Cons:

Номер категории «Люкс» оказался с видом на стену соседнего строящегося здания. При заселении, как обычно, была заблокирована сумма на карте ( проживание + депозит). При выезде второму проживающему в номере (время выезда отличалось на пару часов) было отказано в использовании заблокированной суммы и было предложено оплатить номер еще раз, что и было сделано. При этом, блокировка первоначальной суммы не снята по сегодняшний день!
