Идеальный отель для соло-путешествий женщинам и недолгого проживания.
Pros:

Расположение очень удобное, я ни разу не вызывала такси, чтобы добраться до главных туристических мест. Заселение-выселение в любое время. Сотрудники отеля приятные, отзывчивые, спасибо им большое! Номер оказался очень просторным, даже есть стол, за которым можно поработать. Кровать удобная, матрас хороший. Система кондиционирования работает прекрасно. Есть бассейн. Завтрак шведский стол в удобное время, вкуснейший армянский хлеб (обязательно попробуйте). Ресторан светлый, красивое пространство, вид на арарат. Гости отеля замечательные. Чувствовала себя максимально безопасно.

Cons:

В ванной комнате тумба под раковиной не была надежно закреплена, лучше бы это исправить в целях безопасности. Сантехника была не самая новая, но работала без нареканий.

Чистый номер, великолепный вид из номера на Арарат и город, хорошие завтраки, удобная кровать, бассейн прекрасный

Cons:

На ресепшен персонал не всегда вежливо разговаривал, не улыбается, гостям не рады(, позвонили в номер и строго сказали выходить до 12.00, что мы как раз и делали), было 11.53, а потом при сдаче ключей тоже строго сказали подождать, пока они проверят номер, что там все в порядке, ощущение, как в школе, а не в хорошем отеле, к сожалению. Самые приветливые были швейцары, которые помогали с вещами, подсказывали, как пройти, и действительно были рады новым гостям . Надеюсь, дружелюбности и внимательности будет больше со стороны специалистов на ресепшен.

Gutes Hotel, welches noch ein wenig an den Details feilen muss
Pros:

The beds were the most comfortable we had in our entire trip and the breakfast is all you could wish for, including a view of the ararat. Rooms were clean and provided everything you need. They kindly let us leave our luggage an entire day in the hotel which we were very thankful for.

Cons:

This hotel is not as luxurious as you might expect it to be.
Although the personnel was very kind, it bothered me that on our arrival they told us it would „for sure“ be possible to stay one more night and they would take care of it, when on the next day, it was „impossible“ to get a room for one more night. I‘m just not a fan of being promised things just to discover shortly later that it wasn’t true.
Questions I asked on Booking were not answered.
Also, the towels smelled very chemical.

It’s small things but it makes the difference.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but I don’t think the price fully matches the quality.
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view over the city is also beautiful.

Cons:

However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was disappointing. The shower fixtures were quite dirty and clearly needed a more thorough cleaning, and the carpets in the room have definitely seen better days.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special.

Nel complesso la scelta migliore a Yerevan.
Pros:

La camera era molto grande, con tutto ciò che occorre. Il personale dell' hotel veramente molto gentili e cordiali. Bravissimi tutti i ragazzi della reception e anche il portiere. Non lontano e non troppo vicino al centro.

Cons:

L'architetto/arredatore forse non aveva le idee chiarissime....
La moquette negli alberi dovrebbero abolirla, non sempre si riesce a tenerla pulita.
La camera è pulita, ma non c'è molta attenzione alla manutenzione.
