Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was extremely comfortable! Pool is nice, which is located on the rooftop. Breakfast was great, little buffet area to pick eggs or veggies or bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit etc. staff are so lovely. We are excited to stay again soon

Great hotel in the heart of peaceful Vientiane.
Pros:

Great location and hotel. Rooftop pool and bar really nice. Only 8 floors high so feels very nice place to stay. Loads of restaurants nearby, and easy walking distance to major sights. Quiet street with minimal traffic or noise. Breakfast outstanding. Staff excellent.

Cons:

Wasn't given an itemised bar bill at checkout and was mistakenly overcharged, which I only realised after leaving the hotel. I did contact them and they admitted mistake, but as I'm now in a different country, reimbursement may be tricky.

Pros:

We had the Presidential Suite, so size of room and amenities were fantastic. The reception and bar staff were exceptional. You need to go to the bar and take in the night views while drinking an ice cold draught Beer Lao.

Cons:

Hot dishes at breakfast could be warmer.

Hotel great value for money - check going direct vs with booking.com.
Pros:

only had breakfast on one of the days. it was simple buffet style but sufficient. could cook toast but no egg station

Cons:

I made 4 separate bookings across a 9 day period as my broader Laos plans kept moving around - i had stays in locations outside Vientiane. Three of these were made via booking.com and 1 direct when at the hotel. The first 2 were via booking.com at ~AUD 98 night, the third was direct at hotel ~AUD104, and the 4th time was again via booking.com (as I was away from hotel, out of Vientiane) - that time was ~AUD144. Very disappointed with booking.com on that occasion.

Pros:

We stayed 3 nights - Perfect location, spacious rooms, great staff, excellent pool, bar & restaurant on top floor

Cons:

Pros:

Very well located in the center of Vientiane, there are a lot of options for Food and Cafés in the area.
The hotel serves Breakfast and Lunch in a very efficient way in a pleasant atmosphere.
Room is comfortable and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful.
