Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, przy głównej ulicy. Na duży plus zasługuje przemiły i pomocny personel oraz piękny widok na góry, który można podziwiać również z restauracji podczas śniadania. Śniadania są skromne, ale smaczne i wliczone w cenę pobytu.

Cons:

Niestety, zdjęcia zamieszczone na Booking.com nie oddają rzeczywistego stanu hotelu i sprawiają wrażenie mocno podkoloryzowanych. Na miejscu widać lata zaniedbań i brak remontów. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia – sprzątanie wydaje się powierzchowne, prysznic jest zagrzybiony, ściany obdrapane i brudne, a pościel wygląda na starą, jedynie przykrytą czystą poszewką. Stan pokoi zdecydowanie odbiega od tego, co sugerują zdjęcia w ofercie.

Good short stay place
Pros:

The staff were really helpful with anything you needed. The rooms were big and had good air conditioning.

Cons:

The bathrooms could do with an update. The ladder in the pool has no tread and I slipped and bruised my leg from knee to foot.

Pros:

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner face aux montagnes.

Cons:

Fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain et sur le balcon.
Des tâches sur les draps.
L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
Pas de vue avec Montgolfière mais de bons gros travaux à la place.
Et certains membres du personnel pas très agréable et chaleureux.

Extremely dissatisfying
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. Our first room was filthy, with dust everywhere, a leaking toilet and broken shower. The second room was equally dirty, with marked walls, debris and a faulty shower. The entire hotel is neglected, with overflowing bins, rubbish everywhere, broken tiles and damaged facilities. Even hostels I’ve stayed in have been far cleaner. I request an appropriate refund.

De locatie is centraal gelegen.

Cons:

Er wordt door gasten gerookt binnen in de kamers. Het hotel kan hier weinig aan doen, maar het stinkt wel.

De kamer was nog niet klaar nadat we hadden ingecheckt. In de ‘schone’ handdoeken zitten veel vlekken.

Bij het kopen van treintickets kocht ik een tweede klas ticket, toen ik het ticket toegestuurd kreeg bleek ik een derde klas ticket te hebben ontvangen.

We were 100% satisfied with absolutely everything from the facilities to very sincere staff.
Pros:

I liked the separate zone for hotel guests very much. Amazing breakfast. Great staff at reception. The big bed and room itself was great.

Pros:

The hotel is so amazing we were trully sad to drive away. We really hope to travel back one day. I will recomend for my family and friends to stay there also. 10/10 nothing to complain about, had such a great service and stay.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the receptionist explained everything clearly, leaving no room for doubt. The possibility of early check-in was a great advantage.

Definitely a solid budget hotel.
Pros:

The location is great. Right in the center of town. Free breakfast. Normal eggs, fruit and coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They can get tickets and scooters and what ever. There are nice views. Pool is nice too.

Cons:

It was kinda hard to get the room cleaned. We put out the hanger but in the end we had to ask them to clean the room. Wasn't the end of the world, shower was kinda hit and miss with hot water.
